Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was good! Would have liked bacon as a choice one day. We were there for 4 nights and I’m not a sausage fan. Hotel was very clean! Bed was very comfortable. Location was great.

Again, would have liked bacon on the breakfast bar. Our room had a smell that was not pleasant. I did not bring it to the staffs attention. Our refrigerator froze our drinks which resulted in a couple of them leaking. Once I told the staff it was quickly taken care of. The last morning the shower door came off the track and fell on me while showering. The door was extremely heavy, but I was able to prop it against the shower nozzle so it wouldn’t fall and break.

I liked that the hotel was located near plenty of restaurants, shopping stores, and attractions

I had to skim the pool in order to get in and enjoy. The pool had a lot of leaves, hair, bugs, etc. Breakfast the first morning was very busy, crowded, and loud. Every day, the lounge or eating area was busy and loud.

Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The handicap bathroom was wonderful and the room offered a lot of space to get around.

Not a thing. Staff and accomodations were superb. There was so much to see and do in this area that we definitely will return and most likely stay at this Hampton Inn.

The staff were fantastic they were so kind, they made you feel at home. The layout of our room and the hotel was very comfortable and homey. I loved the grounds and landscaping as well. I have stayed in a lot of Hamptons and don't usually give reviews I just felt it was really important because they were such positive things and yet such negative things all at the same time.

The price was ridiculous. The rooms need new carpet very worn and stained. The common areas had very filthy floors. Breakfast was not very good at all. Such a shame because it was such a unique layout and so comfortable in this hotel and yet it had major disabilities at the same time.

Situated away from the hectic center of Lancaster but 5 minutes away from the activities. Comfy bed with soft linens. Room darkening shades. Spacious bathroom and thoughtful furnishings. Excellent sound proofing and lighting.

Would have liked a plug free phone charging station.

Breakfast, location was great! Our room was clean and suitable for our night stay.

Our room was slightly musty and smelled like a dog. Which we did not have one with us. I knew this hotel was animal friendly which I do not mind but would prefer to be in a room that didn’t seem like a dog was just in

The breakfast was very good. Hot food diffrent each day and enough variety for everyone. The staff was amazing very attentive and helpful. There were children making lots of noise in the hall of the hotel and staff quickly took care of the situation without making a scene. Very professional. I also liked when you walked into the hotel there were people in the lobby area playing board games and cards gave it a real family vibe. And people brought their pets but hotel was still very clean. Bonus: they did a great use of space. The wall has a curtain that runs across and behind it is what was supposed to be a closet. Loved the idea of not taking up more room space rather using the empty space more useful. Great job!

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The cabinet door where the refrigerator is was loose and I thought at one point it would fall off. Made me nervous. But that is an easy fix.

I was left alone but knew I had someone if needed!?

I was highly disappointed there was not a proper closet instead of behind the curtain therefore my wardrobe I slept next to on my bed!! My mom(80) was not happy about the closet situation!!

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great if you ate early before all the families and rambunctious children came down.

Need more parking near the front door area

Staff was super friendly. Requested crib was waiting for us on arrival. Room was large and clean.

Booked a king bed but was given a queen room. Breakfast super crowded and limited staff had a hard time keeping up (not the hotel's or the poor staff's fault...many very sloppy and entitled guests helping themselves to way more food than they could possibly eat and leaving mounds of uneaten food and huge messes across multiple tables to be cleaned up).
