We traveled here for a dance competition. The hotel was clean, the kids loved the pool/ arcade/ and play area.

The restaurant is terrible. Don’t waste your money. Go to one of the many restaurants around the hotel.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The indoor heated pool was a 10/10, very warm but I love warm water. The outdoor pool probably would’ve been great too during the day, however, I wasn’t able to enjoy.

The property itself was very great. However, the staff could’ve been a little better at customer service. I came in to check in but they were taking care of another customer. However, there were multiple people at the front desk, and none of them said a single thing to me, until I asked one of them if they could check me in, they said I had to wait for the one that was dealing with the other customer. Then, later in the evening, I asked someone at the front desk the times for the pool, and where the indoor pool was located. At first, he acted like he didn’t even know himself, or maybe was bothered that I even asked. Guess I should’ve just read on the walls myself to figure it out.

What I needed was a room for disabled spouse with wheelchair. The bed was very high, so I brought the stepper for her to step up to get into the bed. She had a stroke three years ago. She is coming along the bathroom was great. We came to see the performance of Noah at the Sight and Sound Theater. The location was great and convenient. Hopefully when another show premieres We would like to book with Wyndham. We did not use the pool and I filled out survey for it instead of being asked if I would be using the facility?

We did not use the pool, and instead of asking if we would like to use it here are rules. The brief elevator going down the room was a surprise?

The pool was amazing. Hot tub ..splash pad area for kids small a slide an a few playground things ...fire pit outside at nigh..we couldn't use bc it rained...staff was amazing...a little short staff but that's everywhere...still it was good ....we will back . We enjoyed it soooo much! Rooms were clean from the moment you walked in the door u could smell it was clean. Lot of stuff around the hotel to walk around at Tanger outlets next door to the hotel. Longhorn stake house was next door as well A lot to shop...an a lot of diff choices to eat at. Dutch Wonder Land was across the street. The hotel was good everything was good . I deff would recommend it ... pillows we're to puffy....Bed was comfortable....hole room was good . Everything was good.

The only thing that needed a change was the indoor pool. The flooring was not meant for that surrounding of the pool When they floor got wet it was slippery. You had to watch unfortunately. But nice indoor heated pool Stairs were a little occurred getting in n out Loved the outside pool better.

Enjoyed the balcony, the pool was wonderful. Locations is great. Friendly staff and clean. Beds were comfy.

I didnt like the fact that check out was scheduled for 1100am but at 10am our room keys stopped working. Started taking our belongings outside, got locked out of C building which is a very loonnggg walk to the front door. Luckily a guest was coming back and left us in. Than I wasnt able to gain access back into my room to retrieve the rest of our belongings due to the room key not working, I found a room steward 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. That part sucked!!!

This property was such a beautiful surprise. We had taken a group of kids to Dutch wonderland earlier in the day and just needed a place to rest our heads after. We ended up having more fun hanging out having dinner by the pool! The kids LOVED the music and dancing. Everyone that worked at the property was very welcoming and helpful. It was a very fun atmosphere. A vibe as the kids say.😄

We had stayed at this hotel for a conference under the previous owners. The new owners have put perfume on a pig, so to speak, and it looks nice. The bad part is the mattresses they chose; pillow top. You don't put pillow top mattresses in a hotel. There was no support to the mattresses. We could not have stayed another night.

The mattresses. Also, if you're putting 27 million to upgrade, why use a crappy wallpaper company? There were very visible seams in the hallways. Also, they do not have a restaurant in this place. There is a breakfast nook area that feels like a hospital cafeteria. In my opinion the 27 million upgrade was spent in the wrong areas. As a custom home furnishings consultant I could have advised them better.

We had a wonderful experience with Wyndam Resort in Lancaster. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big, convenient and spotless. We will definitely stay there again and refer our friends to this fantastic place.

The indoor swimming pool was not warm enough. This is not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to have a swim after a long day of shopping and walking.

Loved the pleasantness of the staff when we checked in with the exception of the check out staff. But won't allow that one negative experience to taint the wonderful time we had at the resort. We traveled with 2 young kids, they had a blast, we loved the numerous activities that the hotel offered, the hotel being in a great location, close to many other attractions and activities.We had a great 4 nights there, absolutely no complaints and looking forward to returning in December during our son's Winter break. I loved that the indoor heated pool was really heated, as the many I've been to lacked any type of heat..Restaurant food was awesome, as well as the staff..Outdoor pool a nice size and clean..

I honestly didn't like the fact that i had to walk to the lobby in middle of night to heat baby's milk or food. Not having a microwave in room was a little inconvenient but nonetheless it was a minor thing as the hotel far surpassed our expectations

The location & the amenities were the best! Lots of shopping, restaurants and Dutch Wonderland all within walking distance. Play areas for kids a huge plus, as well as the indoor/ outdoor pool. The front lounge was massive & beautiful. Room had a Refrigerator & safe. This was a very nice hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Having luggage carts at all entrances was perfect.

To few washer & dryers for a facility this large. Most staff couldn't speak English. Deactivated cards before checkout. Should offer continental breakfast. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room, instead of in the hall.
