Check in was quick and easy and they were able to accommodate an earlier check in. The room was very clean, including the carpet, the sheets are a bright white and very clean. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room. They have upgraded the windows so the room was quiet inside, even though it is on a busy street. We could hear the neighbors, but not to loud. We did have a room in the very back of the motel, which was a bit further from the car, but more private. There were chairs outside the room so we could enjoy the evening outside. It is close to several restaurants. Plenty of hot water for showers. After traveling in Europe, free parking is a bonus.

The bedspread was a dark reddish/maroon color even though it was new it reminded me of the early 1990's era. The paint is a darker color on the walls, making the room feel darker, like Tuscan colors. If I could suggest anything it would be to lighten the paint color and the bedspread so things look newer and more updated. There was a small table in our room with one chair, not like the pictures that showed a full table and chairs. The bathroom is the almond color tub etc., however it was very clean. The motel is not very modern, however it was clean, functional and worked great for a one night stay. Beds were on the softer side, but still comfortable.

i LOVE THE BEDS AND PILLOWS THEY USE AT CLASSIC INN. I HAVE CHEMICAL SENSITIVITIES, SO THIS HOTEL IS SO CAREFUL ABOUT CHEMICAL PROBLEMS, i BASICALLY HAVE NO ISSUES SLEEPING THERE!! YAYAYAYAY!!!

We are not crazy about the fact that almost everyday, someone else took the parking space in front of our room and left us scrambling to get into a tight spot later in the evening, because we had to travel to Harrisburg to visit family each evening. The traffic out front was pretty difficult at times, too, but nothing much to do about that!

Check-in was a breeze. Nice guy. You could see by the video screens that they take their security very high. The room was clean! My Mrs's is a clean freak. She checked Everything out. All to her approval. You are on the main drag. But back enough that you don't hear all the noise. Restaurants everywhere! I really like the place, small and quaint. Like staying at a relatives house that you actually like. You won't be disappointed.

IDK. I can't think of anything really. They didn't have an in-ground heated swimming pool with a private masseuse. Butler service. It was made for a person that really works for a living. Blue Collar.

We loved everything about this hotel. Ever since we discovered this motel, we have been booking here. We have always felt that our stay at a hotel is for sleeping ,not entertainment, therefore the price should reflect that. This motel provides a clean,comfortable place to sleep with very good prices. Why pay 150 for just a place to sleep like most of the other hotels. And the people that run this place are the best. Very friendly . This is my permanent place away from home whenever I come to Lancaster.

There is nothing here not to like

This was probably one of the cleanest hotels my family and I have stayed in. The bathroom was exceptionally clean!!! No moldy spots like many have. There wasn’t even dust on the frame of the shower. The water pressure was great & stayed hot. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The gentleman checking us in/out was very pleasant! The room was also very spacious. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Dutch Wonderland next month!!

It would be nice to have 4 pillows on the beds instead of 2 and more towels/washcloths in the bathroom. We booked a suite but d/t us arriving early we were offered a regular room with 2 queen beds (partially my fault for not waiting for the suite to be available).

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Excellent location for dining and activities! **SO many places to eat within 100 yards of this inn! The reception staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was very quiet, despite being close to the highway. Stayed in a room on the far-side of the second building, and it was quiet all night, even with the window open! Having ample parking spaces was also a plus!!

Getting a HOT shower was a little difficult. It took a few minutes for the water to turn warm, then eventually hot. Unfortunately the hot water only lasted a few minutes. The water pressure of the shower was subpar, as well.

Everything was perfect!!! We'd originally booked at another hotel for a mini vacation to Dutch Wonderland but it was so horrifying that we couldn't stay - I decided to see if there was any vacancy at the Classic Inn. We'd stayed at the Classic Inn a few years prior and had a great experience. Our luck they had an opening and it was a queen suite which included a sitting area, stocked kitchenette and a full sized table. For the size and care of the room - the price was unbeatable. Everything was spotless and the staff is so friendly! Beds and pillows put me to sleep like a baby. There was no noise or ruckus in our area or any issues from others staying on the premises. You can tell that they really take pride in their hotel and I know never to book anywhere else in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Location was very good. Easy on/off highway. Lots of nearby choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Price for stay was reasonable. Since I’d paid in advance check-in took less than 30 seconds. We forgot they had free b-fast so I can’t speak to that. The room was quiet and comfortable. Carpeting looked to be on the newer side and clean. Bathroom was spotless, shower had plenty of hot water, good water pressure and the ability to adjust the water pressure. The only staff person I encountered was at check in and was very nice. If you’re looking for a smaller property that is well maintained and not the cookie cutter type of large chain accommodations then give the Classic Inn a try, you’ll be happy you did!

Everything was fine.

They were very accommodating to my last-minute booking. They were also accommodating for my need to have hypoallergenic cleaning of our room due to an immune condition. My husband has a service dog and there were no issues at all. As in, we didn't need to "educate" anyone on the federal laws, etc. That was wonderful. If you have a legitimately trained setvice dog and have encountered issues with businesses who just don't know the law(s), you know what I am mean. There were absolutely zero issues to battle with here.

I can't really think of anything at this moment to bring up that we didn't like.

Comfy bed. Quiet and spacious room. Very Clean. Accessible & central location near attractions, shopping, etc

I expected as much ahead of time so this was not an issue to me, but be aware: it is a very basic motel, without many amenities (i.e no breakfast, no in-room coffee, no hand lotion provided, no pool, etc.), just a simple & clean room Also while shower was clean, the hot water took a while to heat up, and water pressure was ok but not great. This was overall a minor nitpick though, not a huge deal.
