I have 2 Issues: 1.)The bedding sheets and pillows felt CHEAP and bit Scratchy and NOT that comfortable. 2.) People with kids should be placed on the 1st Floor. Kids were seen and heard Running in the hallways and playing on the steps (which should Concern the Hotel, what if a Child was to gey hurt or fall on the stairs). I didnt say anything, BUT, a gentleman had to come OUTSIDE of his room to ask if they could keep the NOISE down because people were trying to sleep.

Front desk: Allen is AMAZING! Like just truly a ray of sunshine. From the moment I checked in to check out he was a pleasure! My daughter had left her iPad behind & he went out of his way to call & offer to mail it for me. He is the best! Staff: everyone was super friendly! Cleanliness was great no issues at all. Location: about 6 minutes away from the stores/restaurants My daughter had the whole pool to herself for over 5 hours lol so she was super happy about that

Very friendly staff. Good amenities. Our dog was welcomed as a guest and given a complimentary bottle of water. I liked the full size bathroom products because they are easier to use than tiny bottles and much less plastic waste.

The mattresses slid around on the wooden platform and my daughter and I banged our legs several times on the wooden lip designed to keep mattresses in place.

We were in a room next to the extremely noisy highway. There were at least 100 rooms in the hotel with barely 20 cars in the lot, they should have put us in the front side away from the extremely loud highway intersection that had very loud traffic all night long. It was difficult to sleep uninterrupted. No excuse for putting us in that room

The breakfast was excellent the dinner was delicious as well. Employees were very polite and friendly.

The elevators are so far away from where our room was. I think for someone who is unable to walk for long periods or unable to use the stairs would benefit from being closer to elevators

It was clean, the staff was lovely and it was in the location we needed to be in. We had a misunderstanding about breakfast being included. I wound up speaking to the manager who was absolutely lovely and reimbursed us for the breakfast.

Honestly paying that amount for a buffet breakfast. A lot of places have breakfast included and at about $250 for the night I feel breakfast included not too much to ask

The gardens were beautiful. Very attractive hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Too bad it rained the whole time. Better luck next time.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our time in Lancaster.

The only negative was that the coffee tray was not equipped with cream & sugar. It would have been nice to have breakfast included with the package.
