The staff at the reception that checked me in was exceptionally polite and friendly. Very professional. This time there were no issues with the elevators so kudos as I come here twice a year. Very clean . I was happy with my stay. I wish these rooms had microwaves. That is the down part of the rooms, no microwaves. The times we have traveled with all family members we find hotels with a microwave just to warm our food after the long events and in the winter when the weather is harsh

The Staff were Very Professional and Friendly! They were always interested in making your stay a pleasant one!

This isn’t about this particular property but the Marriott Change of Hotels it’s self! During Covid they removed Glass ware and Microwaves and never replaced them which makes one’s stay less comfortable! Hilton and Best Western Hotels have and Marriott Should think about doing the same.

Good location in the walkable Penn Square area with lots of restaurants, bars, etc (we did a 1h ghost tour). When there is no breakfast (restaurant closed on Sunday), thanks to the in-hotel Starbucks to have us covered (friendly service there). Room quality is still good.

Unfriendly receptionist at check in No light in elevator No room service Broken lights in room and halway No free Wi-Fi for non Members (almost $13 per day is questionable what all others have as an standard included amenity) Pool and Spa were closed City view was to tellus360 bar, which is quite loud on Saturday night. The hotel barely meet the 3 stars, they only do the minimum. It seemed overall the hotel was running on minimal effort and service (maybe another downturn in quality after pandemic).

The buffet breakfast was exceptional... I would expect pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. but I did not expect bagels and lox (with added touches of capers and eggs)!! The gentleman who seated us seemed to be working alone, and he sure does put in a LOT of steps!! The shampoo and conditioner in the shower was very nice - I didn't expect such good quality in a squeeze bottle attached to the wall...

When I checked in, my parking ticket was validated - I mistakenly thought that meant I was given free parking... until I looked at my bill and saw I was charged $15 each day - plus fees... I also thought WIFI would be free...

Every staff member we interacted with was so lovely and welcoming! My partner and I loved being right in the heart of the city and being able to walk to fun places like Decades and Tellus 360. We also throughly enjoyed the view from the exchange! We wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

The only downside for us was getting confused about the fact that we had to go outside to get to the exchange. We took a wild elevator ride trying to find it before we finally realized it wasn’t accessible from inside the hotel.

The facility is nice and very spacious throughout the hotel. The restaurant on the first floor has awesome staff.

Front desk staff needs to take their time explaining everything during check in. I felt like the gentleman just rammed off everything very fast. As if he didn't want to be bothered with anyone. So, I asked the other check in person to explain everything. And she was very helpful. Work on customer service at the front desk. The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. The elevator is insane trying to get on to go anywhere. We literally waited 25mins to get on the elevator.

The room has a modern decoration and bed was comfortable. The location was great, there is Starbucks in the hotel.

They don't provide wifi/ internet if you are not a Marriott member. When I asked for wifi, the receptionists was not helpful also rude. I told him about free wifi at Booking.com website. He doesn't have any idea about Booking.com. He asked me how Booking.com knows the hotel rules of the hotels. It was sad to see this type of staff at a nice hotel.

We stayed at the hotel overnight for a cheer competition. The room was perfect. Close to the elevator as requested. Easy to get around.

The adults in the neighboring room were very loud past 11 pm. We had an early call. Had to be up at 4:30 am. I had trouble falling asleep. Wish Starbucks had opened early that morning. Cheer families were in the lobby before 6:00 am. Would have been nice to grab a coffee.

Beautiful hotel and PERFECT location. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Having the Plough restaurant in the building was fantastic and the Starbucks!! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay close to all we wanted to do and walk to shops. Would highly recommend to everyone.

The main purpose was to have a nice dinner upon arrival. The restaurant closed at 930pm ON NEW YEARS EVE?! I could not get room service, or even a potato chip. I understand that it was Tuesday evening, but how can Marriott close the food at 930pm while the bar is active.
