What made a positive stay was the staff at the time of check-in, greeting 7s after a very long drive, We needed an additional room sgecwas able to accommodate us, at last minute she was very patient, attentive and very polite.

checking out, it was very unpleasant having the cleaning lady, not surecifcitcwas a supervisor rushing me get out, she had no knowledge of my arrangement of checking out at 1p.m. she was very confrontational, she not only was knocking at our room, but followed me to the front desk, After I clarifyed and explained to the front desk and they read the notes left from the staff the night before, it was clear that day staff is in need of better people skills and communication.

The hotel had everything we needed. The kids loved the heated indoor pool and the pancake machine at breakfast. We loved the daily room service (everything was so clean) and how friendly and helpful the staff were. Being next to an Amish farm was also lovely - evenings we would watch some of the harvesting and stay until the fireflies came out.

The largest rooms had only a king-sized bed and sofa. We needed the two queens as a family. We ended up booking a mobility room to get extra space. Pool wasn't huge. It was great for us and maybe one other family but more than that would feel crowded. Luckily it was mostly us!

Food was good and didn't run out , The lady that refilled the breakfast items was very sweet and friendly. An asset to your hotel.

The toilet seat in our r.oom was broke. one of the hinges was broke so that the toilet seat would slide around while you were using it . a nuisance and very uncomfortable and thought you could get pinched or end up on the floor. We liked the hotel very much. We had stayed there a while ago when we came to Lancaster to go to the Sight and Sound Theater. Remembers that it was a nice place. Hope the broken toilet seat gets replaced . We were there for only one night this time. . I will think about staying there again the next time

Everything was perfect with the exception of the TV powering itself on just before 3 am, waking my family with an emergency alert sound. It also powered itself off after the alert sound. I immediatly called the front desk every 5-10 minutes for nearly an hour, to inquire of the emergency alert/self powering of the TV and recieved a busy tone each time. Breakfast was clean and pleasant. I stepped aside to the front desk to inquire of the alert/self powering TV. The pleasant woman seemed to be very unaware of the alert, the self powering TV, and also indicated that the front desk phone was not tied up during those hours. Must be a harmless ghost in 306 lol. But hey, the place was clean and pleasant!

We all lost over an hour of sleep because the TV gave an emergency alert and the front desk line was busy. And there was no answer for this incident.

Hotel property inside and out, was very clean. Room was also clean and beds (you could smell the clean sheets and pillows) were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful when we had requests. Breakfast was basic with pastries and breads, cereals, boiled or scrambled eggs, yogurt and pancake machine. Good ac and close to many places of interest.

So it wasn’t an issue for me but beds were a bit high for elderly people. But the front desk was quick to provide a sturdy step stool for my mom. Very courteous and helpful staff.

The room and common areas were all neat, clean and current in terms of bedding and decor. The breakfast area was spacious enough for all to be seated without being on top of one another. The food bar was clean and replenished as needed. The location was perfect for the local sites that were planned for. all together a good experience and excellent value. Plan to go back in late summer and will circle back to this location.

Tub faucet valve was leaking (constant dripping) which you could hear in the sleeping quarters, dampened by piling up some wash clothes underneath. Forgot to tell the front desk till we were checking out. Small potatoes but something housekeeping should be keeping an eye out for.

Clean and Comfy and spacious room (2nd floor, 3 story hotel, elevator or interior stairs) and Quiet (briefly heard a pet yap a bit inside a room we walked by but no issues) Nice very friendly staff. Standard breakfast items but on a better scale than most in a larger room. Plenty of self and safe parking. Enjoyed the minutes before and at sunrise getting our small dog out and seeing the sun rise over a large open field and farm house in the distance that bordered the back of the hotel. (Even if not too far a Mall type area just a short drive) We would stay here again.

The location was perfect. We were there to go see Noah at the Sight & Sound Theater. The hotel was very clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The area felt safe. My grandkids were happy to have the pool available.

We were in Room 224. Our door stuck and was hard to open at times. The bathroom door also stuck. The breakfast was ok. I would have liked to see bacon or sausage available. The pool is small, and the bottom and sides are rough. My grandkids tore skin off their toes.

Overall it was good experience. Clean towels and sheets, fairly good breakfast, quietness. It was all I was looking for in a hotel. Also, the views to the corn fields and the closeness to different amenities was something we appreciate.

In comparison to La Quinta (near DreamWorks Park in New Jersey, this was a let down. Over there, breakfast was more elaborate and with more variety. Pool was smaller and some of the common areas were not clean.

Bkft was good scrabled eggs everyday. Staff very friendly

Toilets were way to low. The bathroom could use a handrail to get out of the tub. Imissed the luggage rack and the sheer curtain at the window which let's light in and still have privacy.. in room 217 the TVstand couldn't be adjusted, the peek hole couldn't be closed. The bathroom could use a dim light for nighttime. I travel with one. Lastly are the tub drain slight damage that can be easily addressed
