I liked the location it was great to be able to walk across the street, grab some dinner, shop a bit and not have to drive. It was very clean. We were right near stores, restaurant, amusement parks and outlets. Everything was either a 10 min walk or 5 min drive. Parking was close by rooms and free.There was only steps and only 2 floors which made it less crowded. Customer service was absolutely great. Farj and his daughter were such a pleasure to communicate with!

The hotel seemed to have some updates. However, still some things outdated. The water didn't get hot enough and the faucets made noise. The doors slammed really hard waking us up every time someone went in or out their rooms. The lighting wasn't the best in the rooms and beds not really comfy. There wasn't really no amenities except for Complimentary Breakfast.

We were very impressed with how clean & updated the hotel was. It's a small, two story older hotel, which we knew, so no great expectations. We were very impressed by how clean everything was. There is no elevator, and my travel mate cannot do stairs. The hotel clerk very graciously found us a first floor room. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but all was fresh. First morning, someone made sure we had what we needed. Second morning no one showed. Fortunately, there was enough food available. The location was great. It is only 1/2 mile or so from Sight & Sound Theater.

We did not like that there was no fresh fruit or some sort of protein at breakfast. Even peanut butter would be a good offering. Bathroom fan was very noisy and did not seem very efficient. We also did not like that the pillows all were so hard.

the breakfast was a little less than that was shown on the web sight, ceiling tiles needed to be replaced, my reading lights were out and im a reader. im not complaining . these are things you should know

We were looking for an affordable, safe, clean overnight stay in Amish country. That is just what we got. I cancelled a more expensive hotel (double the price) and reserved here instead. I wondered if I would regret it. I did not. Saved money! I did not pay for a 4-star hotel, so, of course, the facilities are not those of a 4-star hotel. I did get a safe and clean room in a 2-star hotel. Great!

Breakfast was the properties downfall. The room served was way to small. Continental breakfast was poor. We left and went out to eat. Other than that the property was clean, comfortable, and room had microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Price was excellant. We would definitely stay there again!

I was disappointed there was no elevator. the manager said to request first floor next time to avoid stairs.

Staff is very friendly, we needed a first floor room for my Aunt's mobility issues and they gladly accommodated us.

While clean and fairly well maintained, it's starting to look very dated. Could really use some updating and new furnishings.

Our room was really clean and nice. There were no broken or worn furniture in our room. Our room was very nice and roomy. Bathroom was nice and clean and no signs of mold. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
