We had a room with a door that allowed direct access to the pool. The pool was clean and tables, chairs and lounge chairs provided were adequate. Our room was clean and all public spaces were very clean.

There was a stain on the curtains that was not very pleasant to look at one could say reminds you of a bodily fluid. We stayed for 2 days, I cut my hand the first night and when they cleaned the room I and made the bed, they did not change the bed sheets that had blood on them from my hand.

The breakfast was better than we expected. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having a filtered water option (in the gym). The staff was great. So kind and helpful.

We tried to hook up our chromecast to watch Netflix but wasn't able do to the WIFI restrictions. The lighting was a bit bright. The room could have been a bit cleaner, there were some platters on the bathroom door. The room was outdated looking with some peeling wallpaper, but that's kind of what we expected for the price.

The staff made our stay amazing ! Everyone was so friendly. Especially the woman who worked the night we checked in on 8/3. She was so friendly , helpful and funny! We were always greeted with a smile. The location was perfect. So sad to see the outlets are no longer there but a few stores but the location was perfect at it was close to everything . The breakfast was fantastic , coffee was so good ( which is hard to come by at a hotel). The room was clean, convenient, loved how there was a door leading to the pool from our room as my children love the pool.

Only two complaints, the maid service never attended to our room as I figured they would since we stayed more than one night, and the bugs around the pool area .

The staff was excellent and exceptional. The rooms were clean for the most part. The carpet had several stains on it. You can tell the hotel is aging.

The carpet should be replaced The mirror in the bathroom had wood around it and it was in bad shape. They should have another stand or something to put your clothes on. The bathroom should have more hooks

Great location right off highway, quite a few good restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel and was within a 15 min. Ride of all the things we wanted to do! The hotel was clean and the price was great for the night and especially the breakfast! Breakfast was incredible!! They had waffles, toast, English muffins, eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, and fruits- coffee, tea, juice- you name it- it was outstanding!! Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful with check-in and helping to fix our TV that didn’t work at first! It will be our new hotel to stay in when we visit the area!

The Staff is amazing, smiling, welcoming, pleasant and fast. The rooms were ready before time, the rooms were clean. The location in close to everything. We always use Comfort Inn and we shall continue using it God willing.

The only thing that Comfort is In needs to improve is the breakfast! Not only Comfort Inn, but most of the hotels in the entire area. Thank you.

check in was easy, the room was clean, beds comfortable good location. Staff made several good recommendation

the toilet was so low it was like for a second grader. I am a senior it shouldn't be so difficult to use a bathroom. Could have used one more hand rail in the shower for safety Breakfast was OK but the toaster worker poorly, I grew older waiting for my toast to brown. Parking at times was not close to find near an entrance door

Room was clean. Bed was a little soft for me, but that's a personal preference. Location was perfect, right in the middle of all the attactions we were in town to see. Breakfast was good and actually tasted good. Checking in and out was easy. We had to add an additional night to our stay and arrive one day early. One phone call to the property the night before we arrived and it was taken care of in less than five minutes. Staff was very friendly.

Leaves blown into the side entry were there for the entire two days we were there. Not important I guess, but it just seemed to me that at some point someone would have swept them out of there. Not just a couple of leaves, but enough to make it seem it wasn't maintained.

Decent breakfast with decent hours. Decent bedding and towels.

Need a smaller air gap at the base of the door (was at least 3/4 inch,) which left in a good amount of light and noise from people traveling to the breakfast bar. It could be worth once the pool opens because we were near the pool with a door out to the pool (nice touch there.). Lighting setup seemed odd and we noticed a distinct lack of USB outlets. Enough outlets, just needed the actual plug which we had brought for our electronics.

The location was fantastic! Close to many restaurants, shops, sights and sound theater was 6 min drive, and kitchen kettle village 12 min drive. Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, ect. I did enjoy making my own waffle using the banana bread mix it was delicious 😋 the room was large and the bed was comfortable.

We didn’t know the shower didn’t work until the next morning when we were checking out. So it was a little annoying that we had to use the tub instead. We didn’t have time to wait for someone to come fix it as we were checking out soon.
