This hotel was a delight and we enjoyed the 'arts' theme that runs throughout the hotel. The room was compact but well planned. The wardrobe revealed not only a coffee tray but fluffy bathrobes. And after going out for dinner at a lovely nearby restaurant, Lombardo's, we returned to find a rose and chocolates on the bed. What a lovely surprise. We were on a trip to the US which involved staying at 13 hotels over three weeks and this was one of my favourites. Another bonus was the car park was covered and adjacent.

Nothing to dislike. However, we did almost overshoot the turning into the hotel.

Interesting deco and do not disturb signs. Location was great and beds were super comfy. Best sleeps of my travel.

Wifi Connection was very bad, both in room and in breakfast area. Very hard to control the temp in shower. It’s either very hot or very cold difficult to adjust even with a single knob type (not the ones with 2 taps for adjustment). Breakfast hot items are mainly microwave items no omelette or scrambled hot eggs. There’s pan cake machine for hot item. Mainly cold hard boil eggs cold cuts continental style breakfast. Good selection of juices available.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Lancaster Arts Hotel and would definitely stay again when visiting Lancaster. The room was very comfortable, had all the amenities that anyone could want such as coffee maker, robes, and bathroom products. I did not use the coffee maker or robes but appreciated them being available. I also had the best meal at the restaurant of pork tenderloin.

Nothing that you could control but it rained so I could not go to the baseball game I had planned to attend but instead I went to dinner at the restaurant and it was so worthwhile.

Large Room, comfortable and well appointed with huge bathroom. Very Cool space converted from an old warehouse, art everywhere, they even included a sketch pad in the room and had people's sketches hanging in the public spaces. Very cool. Breakfast was solid and a notch above typical hotel breakfast fare (although they had plenty of that too).

Could use some upgrades to some of the room amenities - the carpet looked a bit worn. Not very many outlets either. Garage was good, but smelled like cigarette smoke. Fitness center was through the Garage, so not ideal, but OK overall.

Nice room, nice turn-down service, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast spread, friendly & helpful staff, easy parking, convenient location.

A hotel like this should have better coffee in the rooms. The coffee "bags" were smaller than the coffeemaker's basket, resulting in undrinkable watery brown stuff. Not a good way to start the morning. This room perk needs to be updated/upgraded. Also, the bathroom did not have enough places to hang bath towels to dry.

The hotel has a parking garage, which is nice since it helps to protect cars from the elements. Guests must walk a short distance outside between the garage and hotel, though, so they'll still get wet if it's raining. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. There was a rose and chocolates left in our room for us, which was a nice welcoming touch. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower were of a good quality.

The room was pretty dark, even with all of the lights on and the window blinds opened. There wasn't much soundproofing in the room; we could hear traffic outside. The breakfast was rather disappointing -- fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, a pancake machine, etc.; nothing that you wouldn't also find at a standard chain hotel. The coffee wasn't great, but they did have a nice variety of Torani syrups available, which we appreciated. And there were also several juices available, too, which was nice.

This hotel was perfect. The room was huge. It has a sitting area, nice size bathroom and roomy shower. The room had a jacuzzi tub. We did use this but it was a nice feature if that is what you like. The hotel offered comfortable robes and slippers. The breakfast was good. They offered many items and was perfect for an included breakfast. The artwork throughout the hotel was beautiful. You can even purchase the pieces. The lobby was comfortable and the bar was nice to get a drink after a long day of walking the city. I would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to not like. The restaurant could open earlier but other than that the hotel was a great choice.

An amazing hotel in the heart of Lancaster city. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a cozy atmosphere. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. And the nice little balcony made my stay even better. The staff at this hotel were very helpful. There is a good restaurant on the first floor. Additionally, it was great news to me that the nearest big gym is free for customers of the Arts Hotel.

It was close to the hospital during a snowstorm . It was clean and cute

It was pricey but worth it to be close to The hospital for my daughter’s surgery during a snowstorm. I didn’t like the surprise of having to prepay 75 dollars for expenses incurred. We were there for 8 hours to sleep… didn’t incur any additional fees and 5 days later still don’t have my 75 dollars back yet

A beautiful and unique building that’s been repurposed as a very special hotel, all while maintaining what appear to be original architectural features. Artwork by guests and local artists displayed throughout the property. Very nice rooms, spacious, quiet and clean. Also, there is free parking on the premises, either in a parking garage or in the lot just outside the garage. Super close to Franklin and Marshall campus and an easy drive to downtown, shopping and other attractions. Very nice breakfast included, good selection of items. Helpful staff. Many thanks!
