Front desk, coffee shop, and breakfast cafe staff were all friendly and professional. The mini convenient shop in the lobby next to the front desk has a great selection of premade food, snacks, drinks, swin dipaers, toiletry items, and microwave for guest use. Any item, that you might have forgotten to pack or might need on vacation, could be paid with card, cash or charged to room. The hotel had an amazing layout with elevators and exits to the parking lots conveniently located. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. The pool was warm with great hours( 8am to 10 pm), and the kids' pool area was perfect for littles to play in the shallow water with a slide and water jets throughout the area. Kis water play area had slightly cooler water, but that might have been from them fixing an issue. Our only disappointment is with the lack of hot tub in the pool area. It was permanently closed and tiled over. The room was a good layout for a family of 5 (three littles) with two queens and a spacious bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a jeted spa tub (~3' x5'). Room temperature control had a wide range (going under 60 degrees F), which was an amazing bonus along with the great water pressure for showering and high temperature water for the spa tub. Breakfast started at 6 am to 10 am, was good with made-to-order omelets, French toast, and two other options with side orders of hash browns, sausage, or bacon including other traditional continental breakfast items like cereal, hot oatmeal, fresh fruit with yogurt and, baked goods. The coffee shop and wine café are both amazing amenities for this upscale hotel with a kid friendly pool area along with a spacious spa tub room with two queens. .

We were disappointed with the closed hot tub in the pool area.

Visiting from London UK. Double Tree resort by Hilton Lancaster, Pleasant hotel and well located in Lancaster PA with ample parking. We went to the nearby restaurants and used the pharmacy across the road. We also had a nice breakfast at the hotel. Driving distance to the Amish attractions. I also used the hotel pool. We had planned to play golf but were unable to on the Saturday. The staff at the reception were very helpful. We had great stay. Thank you!

Machine ate my daughters money but the lady at front desk gave it back without me asking. And had some mature kids making messes other than that they cab get better prices in food and better menu options.

We last stayed at this hotel when it was the Willow Valley Resort and much has changed in this area (part of the hotel and old restaurant is demolished). The hotel sent an email asking if we would like to upgrade our room for $10/night, however, only based on availability when we checked in. I asked when checked in if we received it and were told they were sold out, so we would have the room we originally booked, To our surprise, we did in fact have the upgraded with additional space, which was greatly appreciated with 2 babies. The beds were comfortable and we were happy to see they still had both the indoor pool and kids splash/play area. Shower pressure was great too!

This is an odd thing to say, but there were just no garbage cans anywhere on the property. Nothing just outside the doors when you arrive and nothing in the lobby. Had to carry garbage all the way to our room. The garbage cans in our room were tiny, Thankfully we had some paper bags we brought with us to serve as our garbage cans in the room.

Overall, this particular DoubleTree Resort is always lovely! It never disappoints! We’ve been coming here with my family for several years now and we always keep coming back to this exact location. We always have such a great stay. The staff, especially Audrey, our waitress at Cafe 24 was so pleasant :-) The beds are always super comfortable. The overall updates in renovations are nicely done around the property. Lastly, we love the beautiful foliage and potted plants all throughout the property. They add such a charming, elegant touch. Overall, this DoubleTree is exceptional!!!

The pool was very nice. I would of loved a hot tub but other than that a great stay! A very clean room. We loved the big bathroom! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The cookies at check in was a nice touch!

We thought there was a hot tub. They were doing some work on the hotel inside so it could be a little noisy at times. I would of liked more eating options in the hotel or a nicer restaurant inside.

The person who checked me in was "proper" but not very friendly. Also, I was charged a $25 "facilities fee," which I resent because 1) I didn't use any facilities and 2) I felt like I was being fleeced.

Room was very nice - loved the suite! Bed was comfy and room temperature perfect. Staff friendly. Environment quiet and clean. More than enough lighting. Bathroom well stocked and shower size a plus.

Not enough attention checking in - didn't know where pool, gym were, etc. Breakfast not very good. Great to have a refrigerator but without a microwave it cannot be used effectively especially since there is no room service. TV in sitting room was not working well perhaps batteries are low. Too many mirrors everywhere. Overcharged our bill - not what booking.com advised us it would be.

The overall property is really awesome. A very calm and quiet place. Facillities are good. Perfect place for a quiet calm vacation. Indoor swimming pool is awesome. Dont forget to get the choclate cookies at Lobby at thr time.of check in. Its rich in taste. The godd part is the cookies will.be warm whenever you get from them. Ask for your cookies anytime at the lobby during the entire stay.

Its really surprising that they dont have microwave in the room. When they have refrigerator, its kind of default to have a microwave. So the alternate way to heat your food id, go to lobby and there will be sweet shop adjacent to lobby where you can heat your food if needed.Felt really hard to manage foods because of this!!

We always come here! Our kids love it. We come for the kids water area.

The frog slide was down, which may not seem like a big deal but our Autistic 3 year old LOVES it and a reason we come there. So he was very disappointed, that he could see it, but not allowed on it. They had it caution taped off.
