It was everything a hotel should be and it's sad that this was the shortest stay - only one night - in our whole trip. We were close to one of the attractions - Lancaster farmhouse - and our family for a short visit. Love the Lancaster County food and Amish foods.

I liked the location. It was very convenient for all the things I did & the restaurants I went to.

The room service was poor. I was there for a week and I only had room service 3 times and they never made the beds 🛏️ all they did was the garbage 🗑️ and clean towels 😔. They said they had a complimentary breakfast but all they had is coffee ☕.

Clean, big rooms, comfortable beds,small refrigerator and microwave if needed. Friendly staff.

Couldn’t find too much to complain about if I wanted eto, but coffee came cups were too small. Bed was kind of short, but made out ok because I bend my legs when I sleep.

The bathroom light kept turning off so in the middle of my showers I had to open the sliding glass shower door and wave my hand so light would come back on....very annoying!!

Very clean ... Friendly .. Comfortable beds.. homey feel to the room..24/7 coffee or tea in the lounge.. Amazing walk in shower... Nice water pressure and temperature

Limited handicap parking

So many people gave this hotel a low score. They are remodeling. I found petty people posting pictures of where they had placed items to be thrown away. They were behind a fenced in area for safety. Our room was clean, the beds were nice, and the decor was like the photo. We stayed two nights.

As you first walked in the room there was a smell. We thought it was a wet smell. I sprayed some of my body spray and it fixed issue. I normally bring Lysol with me to spray bedding and bathrooms in all hotels. I forgot it on this trip. Just FYI for the hotel owner. If you are having a musty smell from rooms being closed and not used as much due to covid. Dollar Tree has these carbon absorbers for all odors. You can place them under each bed. Change them each month. They are a plastic container. Works wonders in closed areas and basements. Also it was a bummer the vending machine broke down.

It was really clean and as described in the internet, front desk employees were the best, definitely recommend it to anyone who is going down for work, it is a really good place to stay.

Everything was very clean and very nice

I liked everything there but the beds were very soft and could not sleep that well and I kept on smelling a lot of weed and it was very loud of people slamming the doors

It looked like it had been updated. Beds were comfortable and lived how there was a big screen tv on the wall..

The room.was clean comfortable The staff was welcoming. The breakfast was good. The only downside was the outdoor sidewalk accessible area really wasn't.
