We had planned a trip to Dutch Wonderland and this hotel is directly across the street from the main entrance. You could basically walk over. From the moment we walked in the door. The staff was wonderful. I had booked three one-bedroom suites for our family and they helped me keep everything straight. The hotel was very clean and very inviting even have rocking chairs out front to sit and relax. The rooms were fantastic. They were exactly the amount of room that everyone needed. My adult daughters and my granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the hot tub. Breakfast was wonderful and there were many items to choose from. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about the property, maybe other than the fact that we couldn’t stay longer we had only booked an overnight room. Next time we’re in the Lancaster area. We would definitely be staying here.

The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was really good for a free breakfast. Better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. There were a lot of choices. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great. The kids loved it. It was big and clean. It’s located in a main area close to everything. Dutch Wonderland is right across the street so you can walk there.

There’s a huge speed bump in the back entrance to the hotel and my whole car scraped against it when I went over it. I had to avoid that entrance and do a U turn to get to the front.

I loved that day, upgraded our room and gave us a handicap room for my son who is in a wheelchair. We booked for handicap accessible, but booking.com gave us a regular room. We loved the swimming pool and whirlpool. The breakfast was great having choices of eggs and fruit for the healthy and carbs for the others. They purposely gave us a room that was next to and opened up into each other. That way my grandkids could travel between the rooms.

My son with the spinal cord injury struggled with the mattress because it heaped up and he was afraid he would roll out. The door between rooms, when opened, hit the lamp and broke the glass covering. The accident could’ve been avoided if there had been adequate room between the door and the light. They take an additional $200 off your credit card in case there’s any damage. I have not seen yet if or what they would charge for that glass covering. They also cannot tell you how long it will be until whatever extra they took off your card would be returned. It was stated that it had something to do with the bank? I had the impression that it could be up to weeks.

The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. There were more than enough towels and linens which was really surprising. And the most surprising aspect was the Continental breakfast that we served. Very very large variety to pick from and kept replenished never ran out of anything. I was more than impressed and happy because my grandchildren and I got a late start and I figured everything would be picked over. The staff are accommodating and friendly.

My only dislike was My granddaughter wanted a bath and the drain wooden clothes completely so she couldn't get one.

Excellent service started when we entered the door. The wonderful lady who checked in was pleasant and efficient and explained everything very easily and simply and said if you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask. When we got to the room, we asked for a few additional supplies and not only did they bring us exactly what we asked for, they brought us extra. We then realized we needed a few more things. We went down to the front desk. They were very accommodating AGAIN The room was very clean and updated. The beds . were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. In the morning, the continental breakfast was fine. They had a multitude of things to pick from and you could also make your own waffles. It wasn’t large, but it was satisfying. It was also clean and we saw the workers replenishing everything multiple times as fast as they could, as there was a large crowd. All the workers were very pleasant. Next step was the pool which was also very nice. The kids totally enjoyed it and it was very clean. They had towels provided down there. One employee came out and threw the kids a big big nerf football to play with in the pool. Check out was quick, simple and efficient. I would highly recommend staying in this place and when I’m in the area again, I will not think twice about where I’m going to stay. We liked everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Parkview Inn & Suites! The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. The cleanliness was truly on point—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality really made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety to start the day right. The location was also a plus, being close to the outlet mall and plenty of great dining spots. Overall, we couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment!

Super clean and spacious rooms. The front desk clerks were so nice and very accommodating. The gave us a complimentary upgrade and i was so impressed with everything about this hotel. Breakfast was great and so many options as well!

This was an exceptional hotel and we are so glad we booked it. The only suggestion for improvement would be to get a permanent sign out front. The small banner really doesn't do justice to the hotel to show how nice it is. It makes it look a little unprofessional and could possibly turn someone away. However, once you step inside it is very nice!

The staff is very accommodating and the property is clean and maintained! The staff is attentive and from the staff in the morning that takes care of breakfast to the staff at the desk and housekeeping…. All were great! Also the breakfast is wonderful for a family and to get your day started well! Something for everyone! The kids also enjoyed the pool! Bring your suits! This is our go-to hotel when we stay in Lancaster!

The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and shower didn’t drain well. Kind of typical for a family style hotel…. But they made up for it with staff and cleanliness.

Room very clean , loads of fresh towels good supply of essentials in bath and room. Enjoyed the breakfast and cookies alot!

Smell from drains in room and sink. Get some bleach down there! Also VERY IMPORTANT!!! someone from upper management needs to petition the town to prohibit "jake brakes" on large trucks on rte 30. I did not sleep at all the whole stay due to the tremendous noise from these engine brakes waking me. I know this is not the hotels fault. However, the location will result in this noise unless local authorities prohibit and enforce the ban on those devices within city limits..

My stay was great as usual. They upgraded my room which was awesome 👌. The location couldn't have been better! It's near Dutch Wonderland, many restaurants, outlets, Strasburg Railroad, theaters and much more. They have many different options for breakfast to choose from, that is included with your stay. In the lobby there's always many tea options, coffee and hot chocolate around the clock. There's also cookies in the lobby to snack on. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub for you're enjoyment. The employees greet you with a smile and are very pleasant and make you feel welcome.

What's not to like! Everything was awesome!
