Clean and astetically pleasing interior.

Ice machine had a bad smell and need better signage as to where to check in

Wonderful location in beautiful Amish Country. Convenient to all the wonderful places to visit. The cottage was very spacious and pretty clean. I would definitely stay again!

The mattress had seen better days and was not as comfortable as I would have liked. There have been some obvious renovations and updates, but some things were overlooked, such as not having a convenient outlet in the bathroom.

Another great stay at Spruce Lane Cottages with the Ice box outside now filled with bags of ice and someone working in the offices. The cleaning lady, Dagmar was so sweet and gave me some more towels since we were there for four nights. We were in cottage number 75 which was a 2 queen cottage and was located on the end of the cottages. It did not have a view of the airport but was within walking distance from a laundromat behind the cottage so we could walk to do our laundry. There was a small fridge without a freezer in our room as well as a microwave and coffee maker with decaf coffee. My husband loved our cottage which was very spacious and homey with a table and two chairs.

Middle Light switch by front door turned off cable tv and no light switch for bathroom light over sink which had to be plugged in to turn on and unplugged to turn off.

We arrived at night and once we got into the room, we were very pleasantly surprised. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the cabin feel. It was great.

There was no exterior light outside the room (burnt out). If I had been alone, it would have been scary as it was quite dark. It was also a little weird checking in by phone, no human contact. But in the end, it worked out.

The heat worked great on a very cold night. Nice bright lighting in the bathroom area.

The ceiling fan needs to be replaced. It was very noisy all night long. The mattress wasn't bad but could stand to be replaced.

It's different from other hotels I've stayed at. A grouping of 4 unit cottages. Close to tourist destinations,, not far from downtown. A refreshing difference in lodging. The inside of my unit had a well thought out design and paint colors. The bathroom was nice. Everthing felt clean

Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't terrible. the blinds on the windows needed repair.

This place has great value, the price we paid was well worth it. The beds, for me, were fine, firm but didn't hurt my hips or shoulders however I would enjoy a gel foam layer. The bathroom was clean, free of hairs, mold, mildew etc. Carpets were vacuumed and linens smelled fresh. I can understand how some might find negativity in the customer service. Customer service people sounded ethnic, perhaps Asian descent, and so culturally there are some differences in how people interact. I found customer service to be fine. If you need people to be over friendly and coddle you then you might feel CS is a bit cold and rude.

The linoleum around the tub had water damage but it was not a big deal.

Loved the charm of the whole building and the room itself. It super clean and up to date.

Wish it had hand rails to help get in the tub, but I didn't ask for any either. The only other thing was the ice machine, wish it wasn't bagged ice, couldn't get it to break apart, not a major negative though.

Off the road way nice and quiet

We been staying there when we come in town it seem like the care and upkeep of the property and room had gone way down very little water pressure the ceiling above the bed is peeling what happened guys know flowers in the window boxes 😢😢☹️

Very nice, clean, and staff very friendly. Great location, back off the road enough that it was quite and relaxing. Very close to Capricio'd pizza (highly recommend, delicious food), and Sheetz.

Having to turn on the light switch for the microwave and refrigerator to work.
