This is a very beautiful property, staff is very friendly. The garden is gorgeous. Nice pool. My room was spotless and my bed was very comfy. Breakfast was home cooked and quite delicious! Water, snacks and beverages are complimentary. The family is Christian and I enjoyed the uplifting scriptures in the garden.

Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, be aware the kids sing and play guitar in the small dining room. If you enjoy boisterous singing of hymns and giving praise first thing in the morning with your breakfast, you'll be fine. If you're not a morning person, you may find this to be a bit overwhelming and choose to dine outside. The entrance area and door to the main house could use a nice fresh coat of paint. My room in the carriage house was very chilly, no heater was provided. If you need anything after 9 PM, you'll be out of luck.

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices were offered and any requests fulfilled. In addition to the hot breakfast, fresh fruit, fresh baked loaf like banana loaf or blueberry loaf, orange juice, hot coffee and a variety of teas were available. Kitchen and serving staff were very friendly and pleasant. Karen, the Manager was welcoming, friendly and interactive with guests. We appreciated that bottled water was always available along with daily snacks. We also enjoyed sitting out on the wooden swings at the back of the property, enjoying the peace and quiet of our surroundings. We would definitely stay again.

Maybe a cupboard, shelf or counter space in the bathroom would be a nice addition.

Breakfast cooked to order by friendly staff was excellent! Cozy and charming laid-back atmosphere made our stay very relaxing and pleasant!

This historic property is undergoing a paced, long term renovation. The obvious exterior items that need attention, such as painting the ancient windows, will take time and should not detract visitors from a great experience. I would recommend some type of grab bar for the tub/shower units for customer safety and reduced liability for the property owner.

The character of the building was amazing. Beautiful woodwork all throughout. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty and the staff was great. Room was very large and bed was comfortable.

Would have liked there to be a sitting area in the common living room. There were only tables and chairs. It wasn’t inviting the guest to spend time in there. It was just a way to get upstairs to the bedroom.

Everything! It’s a renovated property that retained its colonial vibe. I give this property 100/10! Karen, the manager was very gracious to show us the different rooms which are themed differently from each other. I loved the decor & the homey vibe. And the breakfast - was awesome. Better than Shady Maple’s breakfast because it was prepared upon ordering. Thank you to Kaila & Allen, Karen’s daughter & brother, respectfully for the wonderful breakfast & warm hospitality. We plan on visiting again!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The made to order breakfast was delicious! Sipping tea on the mansion patio each evening while listening to the trots of the passing horse and buggy was an enchanting and relaxing experience.

The room was stuffy, and when we tried to open the window, we found it was in need of minor repair, but there was a tall fan in the room that helped.

Very central and well served by shops and restaurants. Historical place showing all its value and magnificence. Lovely place overall.

Old, poor maintenance and highly requires renovations. Small area for guests to gather, I would rebuild the reception area to fully dedicate to guests with bigger sofa, lounge. This place cannot run with only one staff member, as basic services are not guaranteed. Cannot just rely on the kindness of the only poor staff member. Breakfast area is too small and badly organized.

Our bed was a bit small and not super comfy but heard others were nicer. Breakfast was a little slow getting going. Wish we knew there was a hot tub before we came.

The room we stayed in, #13 was small, but very nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great!!! The grounds were beautiful!!! Breakfast was wonderful. So much food!!! We can’t wait to come back. This is our go to stay from now on.

Our room was a little warm. It’s controlled by one thermostat in the main house, but we had a fan and that worked well.

First time staying in a Victorian Mansion!! Beautiful grounds are kept up very nice and the location was spot on. Everything we wanted to do was very close by to Greystone Manor B&B. My wife and I enjoyed the breakfasts that we had. From omelets to French toast, we enjoyed it allot. We are planning to go back again this Fall .
