Very pretty intentional design, to me. Some places don’t look as nicely taken care of as in photos. This place does. Super clean looking and feeling to me. Nice firm mattress comfy pillows, can get the room pretty darn dark, and nice soft color lamp for winding down.

The outdoor outlet was likely 15A (vs 20A,) so no charging my vehicle overnight. (Not a big deal, outdoor outlet access is rare anyway, more of a way to wow when I return!) The facilities list says desk and although there may be rooms with a desk already in it, I advise guests make sure to put in special instruction if needing one bc my room didn’t have one. but I didn’t end up needing one this visit, even though I would have I had got here earlier. (Maybe there’s a public space with one? Maybe they bring to your room if you ask….) Finally, was a room I can make pitch black. I bring masking tape for led lights but the curtains did let 1% or so light through the edges. The phone lit up in the night, and stayed lit often. So eye Maks required!

The person who checked me in was wonderful and witty. The room I stayed in was freshly renovated, beautiful and everything felt brand new! It had a full dresser, sink stand with working drawers, mini fridge and microwave.. In the bathroom there was natural light from a frosted window, which I liked. Newer shower stall and good use of space. AC worked great, & was clean. Automatic security lights outside. It was quieter than expected and conveniently located. Just really impressed with the place overall.

The only thing I can think of is maybe putting a chair in the room, but the bed worked to sit on.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly

I didn't like that booking charged us $45.oo and the hotel didn't know anything about the charge booking said it was a property service charge and the hotel doesn't have a service charge next time I will call the hotel and not use booking anymore

Room was small but clean. Bed on the firm side, but heating worked nicely. Somewhat newer renovated room, very clean. Nice bathroom. Lots of TV channels. Good distance from Lancaster, lititz, shady maple, etc.

End room was quite close to the turn off for trucks, so room rattled as trucks hit their brakes. No hot water till last day there.

Property was clean and renovated

My only complaints were very small. The bathroom would be more convenient with some hooks on the back of the door, and a shelf to put toiletries. But the more important things were just fine. It was clean, with plenty of hot water.

Location, price, cleanliness

The bathroom sink was too small. We didn't have anywhere to put our stuff. Remodeling wasn't complete yet, so curtains weren't up. It was very bright at 5 a.m. Could use a small table and a chair. I would still go back there.

Clean and attendant was very helpful.

The only thing I didn't do well with was a new smell cause of renovations I suppose, because it made me sneeze. I must have had a small allergic reaction but not enough to bother about. Would stay there again.

The area was calm, the rooms were clean and renovated. No smoking smell, nor bed bugs. Small and cozy, perfect for vacation and exploring Lancaster. Gas station and subway near. Parking is small, but there's parking for each room.

Updated. Convenient. Clean. Comfy. Great price for a quick overnight stay. Right near the road but the traffic didn’t bother us at all. Outdoor tables. Microwave and mini fridge. No bathtub, shower only. And no coffee makers 😞.

Very cost effective and convenient. The recent renovations have thoroughly modernized the property. While short on frills, it is a safe, clean, convenient place to get off the road for a night.
