Location is good. Breakfast was good. We love fresh Waffles 🧇. Room and linen’s were clean and fresh. Staff were very friendly. Despite being right on main road the room was quiet at night without the road noise.

WiFi! When attempting to connect either on phone or tablet would continue to “spool” and when it would finally connect it would drop connection. Ended up having to go to coffee shop for important meeting I had to be on line for. I did speak to front desk twice and nothing was resolved but was informed that they were in the process of changing providers 🤷🏼‍♀️. Didn’t use the pool as water was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. And I realize they aren’t the most expensive Chains, but the shower could have used some TLC. And bathroom about flooded when we showered because of the gap in the shower door .

I liked the hotel environment and friendly staff. Free parking at the hotel and accessibility were a plus for me. We received daily housekeeping service (because we were asked at check-in time) and were happy with it.

The only thing that didn't satisfy our appetite was the complimentary breakfast. I wish the hotel offered more items to choose from as compared to self-made waffles, yellowish scrambled eggs, and sugary cereals. So, if you are choosing a hotel because of the complimentary breakfast offering, then think again. We enjoyed excellent breakfast places nearby, like Hudson Botanical Place, Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant, and Gracie's On West Main.

Great clean room! Everything was excellent except the breakfast. We ate at 8 a.m. There was literally nothing left. The hot breakfast was totally gone. The yogurt and bagels were gone. All there was left to eat was cereal and oatmeal. Plus, they were out of coffee cups. I asked the woman working but she said she was busy cooking sausage in the back and would be 20 minutes. We went to MacDonalds.

I didn't care for the breakfast I have a strick diet and found it lacking in things I could eat Also it was supposed to be 7 - 10 but they were out of food by 9 not good planning on the part of person responsible

Have a little better selection like waffles or pancakes and have enough to stock until 10 or stop serving at 9

Booked last minute on our way home from the beach. Traveled with my family of 6. Many motels can't accommodate that many people and make you get 2 rooms. Not the case here, we had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The room was huge, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big and so clean. My kids enjoyed swi.ming in the indoor pool and even though it was on the small side they still had a good time. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed breakfast in the morning. It was really busy the night we were there as well as the morning with breakfast but the workers made sure to keep up refilling the food. The girl that checked us in was so nice and the ice lemon water in the lobby was refreshing. Overall it was a great stay. We visit the area a few times a year and will definitely be back.

Breakfast was delicious. Lots of tables even with many guests. Our room was spotless clean and comfy. The Air conditioner was perfect for our 100 + hear days. My fave? The pillows! I want to buy those pillows!

No complaints.

Staff was super helpful in making recommendations for local restaurants and answering questions. My kids absolutely loved breakfast. My daughter loved it so much she wanted me to book another night stay at the hotel.

absolutely internet connection. couldn't get signal for laptop after multiple tries. staff was fantastic about helping us , even called it dept. no go except random in lobby only. extremely unhappy with this.

Hotel was nice and appeared clean. Front desk staff was very nice.

. The breakfast options could have been better. There were some hot items each morning, but mini quich or breakfast sandwiches sitting in a warming pan is not for me. Neither are packaged Waffles or muffins. We have stayed at Fairfield before in a different state, so I know this breakfast is not the norm. For this reason, my expectations were not met as far as a nice breakfast

No soap in the room to wash your hands and face. Front desk said I could use the hall bathroom or that I could go buy some that the order for soap and toiletries were late! And food at 8:45 was almost empty and the little eggs there were in the pan were cold
