The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast hours were good from 6-9 am and selections were adequate. Hot pancake machine, oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, cold cereal, fruit salad, yogurt, breads and pastries. Location was perfect for what we needed. Close to highway and the Amish attractions we came for. Larger size refrigerator held all of our farm stand purchases. We needed something and Walmart was close by.

Room was clean but smelled a bit musty and no amount of air conditioning was helpful. I didn't get the room I booked but they switched it without a problem. Was hoping for hot eggs and bacon and fresh fruit as some hotels have (guess I am spoiled) but enjoyed what they offered.

Location was within 10 minutes of our places of interest, variety of restaurants from which to choose. The room includled a small kitchen sink as well as microwave and refrig. It also had a 3 person couch and a chair. There was two rooms for the bathroom; one just sink and counter, the other large counter and tub/shower. The heating unit was easy to operate and worked quietly and efficiently since the weather was a bit unseasonal. The breakfast was great. Especially enjoyed real oatmeal and not instant packages, fresh fruit salad, hard and scrambled eggs, pancake machine, yogurt, variety of cold cereals and flavoraed yogurt, biscuits and gravy one day and hash brown the next. Bagels, breads, muffins and pastry were varied and plentiful, Six juices to choose from and 24/7 coffee available. Parking was well lit and plentiful. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We requested a first floor room so we could bring in our two bicycles each evening and it was accommodated. It was very quiet. We used the treadmill and bike in the fitness room which was clean and had both TV and radio for us. We had no complaints of any kind. We would definitely stay again. We did stay in a Baymont Wyndham in Westampton, NJ? our first night. Horrible experience and we did leave an honest review. So we were a bit anxious about staying at Hawthorne Wyndham BUT what a great surprise.

Our stay could have been longer!

The room was great! Very roomy, had a nice couch and chair in room and you could move TV to face the couch so you could watch TV comfortably there instead of having to lay in the bed! I loved that! The couch also folded out into a bed! It also had a nice little mini kitchen with microwave, small fridge etc. Very nice if you're staying for a longer stay. The free breakfast was delish and great variety. Eggs, sausage, cereals, fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles etc. Very good. Clean room and hotel! And great price!

The one drawback is they are placed right where 2 highways go by on each side of the hotel and at times it is very loud! We had a sound machine on and a few loud trucks in the early am woke us up. Would I stay there again? I would chose a place not up against highways.

When we arrived, we were greeted by such a nice receptionist ( she's pregnant). She told us where to find food and where to go. She is a delight. The room is large and very spacious.

With there not being carpet on the floor in the room, it was a little dirty. There were large crumbs on the floor. The breakfast was terrible. There were lots of carbs and sugar. I think there was sausage gravy, but nothing was labeled. There were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, and assorted juices. I get that it isn't cost productive to have 10oz. cups but those 4oz. ones were frustrating.

Spacious clean room with nice coffee area and very nice bathroom with large vanity and as a plus there was a separate make-up area with shelf. Large tV , 2 windows, plenty of light, 2 very comfortable beds. We usually have trouble sleeping in hotel rooms, but we slept great here. Located on a highway, We were not kept awake by any kind of noise. Further, the manager here is so nice!! Everyone was great. Very nice breakfast with plenty to eat, included too. Plenty of parking right outside the door. Nice workout room too! It is not a modern facility, but we liked it a lot.

The king suite was a great size. I loved how we didn't have to just lay on the bed while in the room. We were actually able to sit on the couch or chair.

My absolute only complaint is trying to get in and out of the location. We passed the entrance the first time. And if you want to go to the right for any thing you have to go past the hotel and make au turn.

The staff was very nice and the place was very clean. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed.

The continental breakfast was lacking. I felt there could've been a bit more. We were originally planning on going elsewhere for breakfast, but then were thinking we would save and eat at the hotel. However, we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

- Breakfast. The pancake maker is everything every other review is saying it is. We abused it. Plus, Chobani yogurt. And other good stuff. They did not cheap out. - Our King suite had couches + center table. We could use that space like a mini living room. - Has a small dining table in one corner. Very useful with a toddler in tow. Never enough flat spaces.

- Carpets have not been cleaned in a long time. - Room darkening curtains don't really darken entirely. About what you'd expect from a hotel of this level. But these days maybe not. Need an upgrade. - Whole town smells like cow dung. But that's not the property's fault. Part of the Lancaster, PA experience. Haha!

The property is set back in an area of trees from the highway. Reasonable price for very nice room.

Signage is minimal and easy to pass by at night. The hotel has had a recent name change Hawthorne Suites to Lancaster suites apparently and not easy to do a google search to find. However, I was notified of the name change in booking.com which was helpful.

It was convenient to locations.

We didn’t receive our bonus points from Wyhmhams as they had changed ownership after we had made reservations & we weren’t aware of this.
