large room and quiet mostly because the hotel had very few people

Check in staff not very friendly and could use some more customer service training. Acknowledge guests coming back into the hotel after sightseeing and just say hello. The location is on the outskirts of the main streets of the town where all the shops and restaurants are. Unless you want to walk about a mile plus each way you would have to drive or taxi to get there. There isn't much around the hotel and the hotel restaurant was closed the two nights we were there.

It was clean and had a cool vibe. The staff was friendly and location was perfect.

If I had to think of one thing I would say it wasn’t really a dislike but a very very small disappointment. More because the first room was so beautiful. We were originally placed in a 4th floor room and it had vaulted ceiling and a small separate sitting area. The toilet didn’t flush so I called the front desk. They immediately put us in another room and apologized. The second room was on the 3rd floor or and had regular ceilings and did not have a separate seating area. Again beautiful just not as beautiful as the 4th floor room

I like the atmosphere and history behind it. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff was outstanding. The restaurant was also amazing. Our waitress was the best ever, food was to die for. No BS. I never give out a 10 but this place was at that level. I have stayed at plenty of places and I rate this the top of my list.

Booking room - took 4 attempts to get the room right. I had made the request on Booking.com for a room near elevator- room we were given and the reassigned were even farther from elevator (traveling with older parent). I realized it has to do with cheaper queen room pricing on Booking.com. Not truly Hotel problem but was a general inconvenience as check in took well over 40 min and 4 trips to diff rooms. The place is so cool, I'd still book it again!

The room was spacious and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The shower was roomy and modern. The restaurant was pricy but the Cork burger was great and the wait staff were very nice.

My only complaints were the tiny TV and the air conditioning, which was very loud. It needed to move a lot of air to cool off the large, high-ceilinged room, so I understand why it was so loud, and it did cool off the room very quickly so it didn't run all that often.

Had drinks and apps at the bar, was delicious food, great service, and beautiful setting. Liked having the "store" where we picked up a few items. Room was amazing, love the way the factory was rennovated.

Lighting in the bathrooms especially was very dim, could use more lighting in the guestrooms as well. No blanket or linens in closet for sofa bad.

Room was very spacious. Bed was one of most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel. Staff was pleasant. Only there for less than 12 hours because I was dropping off my son at F&M for his freshman year. It was close to campus. I would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant/bar closes early at 9:00. Not sure if there was a breakfast option, just coffee.

The hotel is a restored factory. It has a cool old-time vibe to it. With interior brick walls and wood ceilings. Nice size rooms. Very friendly staff for check-in and check out. I thought it was exceptionally clean. Quips English Pub right across the street was a lot of fun.

Some people complain about squeaky floor from above since it’s wood. We experienced a little bit of that. It wasn’t by any means annoying or waking us up.

Absolutely enjoyable! One of the best accommodations I have had while traveling in a long time! Say goodbye to the typical hotel "feel". The Cork Factory history created such a rustic but elegant ambiance. The rooms were spacious, bathroom modern, beds high end. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing and great service. I will no longer look at other places in Lancaster. This is it!.

No coffee machine in The room.

The hotel is a series of buildings converted into lodging. All buildings have the amenities of modern hotels while also exuding old world charm in terms of construction and feel.

No breakfast, but the area has several options just minutes from the hotel. If you're looking for Amish/Mennonite style living, your best bet is likely something 10-20 minutes from town.
