It was clean and had a cool vibe. The staff was friendly and location was perfect.

If I had to think of one thing I would say it wasn’t really a dislike but a very very small disappointment. More because the first room was so beautiful. We were originally placed in a 4th floor room and it had vaulted ceiling and a small separate sitting area. The toilet didn’t flush so I called the front desk. They immediately put us in another room and apologized. The second room was on the 3rd floor or and had regular ceilings and did not have a separate seating area. Again beautiful just not as beautiful as the 4th floor room

The toilet in room #231 building #9 needs to be taller. It was very low for my husband 6ft tall. Loved the big shower but it's a little slippery when wet. We put a towel on the shower floor so not to fall. The bed and pillows were good and there were extra pillows and blankets in the room. A microwave would have been nice but the frig was nice and kept things cold and could put our ice packs in freezer. One we got to know the hotel area it was easier to find our building. Our building was only 2 stories and we kept hearing noise above us but no rooms above!! Nice shampoo, lotion and hand soap with nice scent. There were cobwebs on the wall and near the windows so need more cleaning in that department overall the room was clean the bathroom was big and looked updated. The people at the desk were nice, welcoming and very polite. We had a ice and soda machine on our floor which was convenient. We ate breakfast at Rachel's crepes and nice people working there and everything is a crepe there. Another morning we ate at Gracie's on Main Street. Very good food you can get breakfast or lunch and the people were very nice there and you get alot of food for the price!! Its in Eden! We love coming to Lancaster the Amish county and usally stay in the heart of the hotels food and outlet malls near Dutch Wonderland on Lincoln Highway E. Lancaster that's where all the food resturants are close by if you stay in that area.

Toilet very short to the floor for a 6ft tall man. Shower is slippery need something so you don't fall. Need more lights or brighter ones.

The hotel is a restored factory. It has a cool old-time vibe to it. With interior brick walls and wood ceilings. Nice size rooms. Very friendly staff for check-in and check out. I thought it was exceptionally clean. Quips English Pub right across the street was a lot of fun.

Some people complain about squeaky floor from above since it’s wood. We experienced a little bit of that. It wasn’t by any means annoying or waking us up.

Absolutely enjoyable! One of the best accommodations I have had while traveling in a long time! Say goodbye to the typical hotel "feel". The Cork Factory history created such a rustic but elegant ambiance. The rooms were spacious, bathroom modern, beds high end. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing and great service. I will no longer look at other places in Lancaster. This is it!.

No coffee machine in The room.

The hotel is a series of buildings converted into lodging. All buildings have the amenities of modern hotels while also exuding old world charm in terms of construction and feel.

No breakfast, but the area has several options just minutes from the hotel. If you're looking for Amish/Mennonite style living, your best bet is likely something 10-20 minutes from town.

Everything was great. It was quiet, clean, and very nice. There was on site parking for no additional cost. If you are traveling with kids there is a a science center in the next building (you don't even have to leave the parking lot). There's also a great pub across the street called Quips. This hotel has easily become one of my favorites.

Parking is very confusing & not sure if there is enough during the week as they share with businesses.... the pub closed at 10 , would have liked to come back for a drink later than that..... they have no breakfast at the pub....that would be nice !!!

We love the architecture. The hotel had character. Great staff and nearby restaurant.

We did not get a discount from their regular price, in spite of our using Booking.com. We would have gotten a better room if we had booked directly with them. It was my impression they save the best rooms for direct bookers. Our room had a locked closet that made it impossible for a night stand to fit beside one side of the bed. And it was dark since there was no bedside lamp on one side. Noise carried easily through this locked closet from somewhere?

I love the building It was very special. It looks so cool. The restaurant was amazing. The bar and the food was good.

The only problem I had was that the toilet was so low to the ground. It was so hard for me to get up and down. I do have issues with my bones. I have cancer, so it was very hard for me to get up and down on the toilet seat, but everything else was wonderful.

The building was very cool along with the history of the building The bed and bedding were great!

They only thing that was annoying was the girl that checked us in Saturday night. She never made eye contact and barely said a word to us and really seems completely disinterested in us. She was more concerned about her hair the entire check in process.
