Hotel and rooms are great, comfortable and clean.

Didn't have much in the way of celebration for a birthday. I planned the balloon delivery from an outside vendor. Talked me out of getting the cupcakes and suggested I call the bakery for a cake, which was a great idea until the bakery added a $15 surcharge for delivery. That was canceled, so when I made the restaurant reservation, I added a note that we wanted to sing. We got a plastic happy birthday sign on our table and nothing else. So, we made it work, but felt the hotel and restaurant could have done more for what I paid for both.

The decor was really cool! Each floor had a theme. Very clean and location was close to everything we wanted to do.

The only complaint was when the room above us was getting cleaned, it sounded like they were throwing furniture around. It was so noisy, almost unnecessary! Called the front desk to address. I guess they did, but I did have to go to that floor and explain just how disruptive the sound was as we were there to unwind. Only one room with the exception of the bathroom didn’t have carpet so couldn’t understand such commotion. They apologized, it did stop after about 40 minutes. The only moment we were unhappy. Hopefully that is not the norm.

The comfort of the hotel and uniqueness of the decor. Also the location of the hotel was great, Lilitz is a fun town!

During our stay, a family member was told on a Saturday that they had to book two nights directly through the hotel due to cleaning staff reasons. However, upon our recommendation, they were able to book via a third party for just one night. The front desk representative along with her superior were not the friendliest about this situation. It was not anything that was being done to upset them, they just decided to book in the same way that my husband and I did after being told they couldn't book that way directly with your hotel. They would have preferred to book directly (and even paid more) through your hotel if that were possible.

Room and facilities were very nice. We were stunned by the curtains blocking out all the light. AWESOME. The wait staff we friendly and very nice.

We had brunch sounded good but was a mess. Eggs over easy weren’t cooked completely and gravy was all over. My wife’s meal was an open face covered sandwich which wasn’t described in menu. Also messy. The drinks and food were over priced. Which is shame that would keep us from returning

The clear "Covid" barriers at the front desk are terrible. As a registered nurse I was quite surprised to still see them in place. I had a very hard time trying to hear your staff address me. I witness 2 other guests that were checking in actually bend down to speak and listen under them. The pandemic ended 2 years ago. There is more than sufficient distance between a guest and your staff members working behind the counter. Just made that process a distant feeling and not real friendly experience because you had to keep asking them to repeat themselves because it muffled the sound.

The room was clean and quiet on arrival. Bed was comfortable. We stayed here before and specifically booked this property based on our previous stay. Fridge in room, spacious bathroom, walk-in shower, everything we need.

The desk clerk at 10 PM on Thursday July 11 2024 was miserable. She seemed perturbed that we paid with cash and she had to count change. Honestly, she seemed perturbed that we were there, period. She should be cleaning rooms or washing sheets, or floors, not greeting guests at your front desk

Loved the overall vibe of the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room: Clean, spacious, the shower felt great and the shampoo/conditioner smelled amazing, the curtains came in for a win against the morning sun, the pillows were super soft and the bedding felt fresh and crisp The bar: A great place to unwind, the bartenders were very nice, right outside the bar there is a pool table and area to also hang out which was a nice touch

The only downfall is the size of the beds. If you plan to share a bed with an adult, just know it will be a tight fit.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and obviously a newer hotel. The room was very nice. They allowed early check in without problems.

The parking was scarce, there was construction and in the evenings the bar was packed and took up alot of the parking so there were times we didnt find a apot and waited for people to leave the bar to have one. it was not close to many things to do.

I love the hotel on the whole. Well decorated, good vibes, decent pricing, FANTASTIC comfortable beds, good organization setup in the rooms. Love Per Diem too, the restaurant next to the lobby.

I hate hate HATE the barn style sliding doors on the bathroom. I don't know if it's supposed to be stylish, but there's like zero privacy with that. Normal doors with normal locks please!

Super clean, great location. Friendly staff, on site restaurant was fabulous (ate there twice in one weekend, dinner and brunch.) convenient location to visit downtown Lititz. We booked a last minute weekend stay to attend a sports event for my daughter in the area. We normally try to stay at VRBOs to have adequate space and a kitchen but this hotel was awesome and having the pool which was heated and warm enough to swim in comfortable was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!
