Clean, comfortable & lovely breakfast which is included. Access to tea, coffee and hot chocolate was great also.

The air conditioning/heating unit in the room is very loud. Had to turn it off over night. More of a booking.com issue - we booked for 5 people through booking.com, on arrival the hotel advised our room only slept 4 so I had to purchase another room. It ended up being quite an expensive stay with extra beds we didn’t need. Still waiting to hear back from booking.com in regards to this.

Overall, all services and service from front desk was exceptional!!! I am actually not used to having such a pleasant and problem free stay at hotels. The staff provided me with additional information for surrounding area and pet amenities within 10 miles of hotel. They provide a small snack/bag breakfast for the road IN ADDITION to continental breakfast (included in rate). Thee staff was so friendly, courteous, and helpful, I am planning a weekend trip back to area to stay there and spend more time in Ephrata/ Amish country. It's sad and unacceptable that service like this isn't the norm when traveling in the northeast!

the pet fee was $75.oo and non-refundable. I try to stay at hotels where the fee is $50.00 or less and if it is $50-$100 has a policy that states it is at least partially refundable if no damages. My dogs are small and we've never been billed for damages even 10 days at a Marriot in Florida.

A grat feel to it. A bit on the exclusive side. Professional and hospitable receptionist. Nice location and view. Take the elevator to the base, and stroll over to Applebees restaurant.

Breakfast served on cardboard plates (!). Booking.com says it has rooms with balconies, which we booked. But the hotel has none, which was a shame, as we looked forward to a glass of wine with a view.

Everybody and Everything! The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. They answered all our questions, and they went above and beyond when my husband accidentally lost his watch between the elevator doors! The room was fabulous, very homey, and comfortable. The pool was so refreshing that seems to be a rare commodity these days at other hotels. The breakfast area was comfortable, easy access to great food, wonderful selection, and hot as it pertained. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Can't think of anything. If I had to say something, I would say it would be more convenient for the coffee to be in the breakfast area. OR, at least maybe another coffee station in the breakfast area!!

We stay at Hampton Inn when we travel, always pleased with facilities and service. Did not disappoint. The checkin was easy, person knowledgeable and we were allowed to checkin early. Clean room with all needed amenities. Always like free breakfast, good choices and fresh!

Noticed this in other hotels also, I have a cpap machine to plug in near the bed, most offerings for plugin are now USB. I had to unplug something to plug in my machine and in a dark spot under a shelf. There was a wall outlet on the other side of the bed, but inconvenient for me. Just a general comment, this room at least had a plug near the bed so an A for that.

The property itself is VERY well kept - beautiful flowers and well maintained lawn. The view is SPECTACULAR! Your staff is FANTASTIC - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room itself was SPOTLESS - plenty of towels, toilet paper and hygiene products. The continental breakfast was IMPRESSIVE - so many items to choose from, fresh and plenty of them!

There was very friendly staff. It was very welcoming for the staff to say hello and smile when they greeted you in crossing. The hot breakfast was great with 2 waffle irons for make your own, omelets, bacon on some days and sausage on others and skillet potatoes on some days and French toast sticks on others and hot oatmeal. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean though there were some minor stains. We enjoyed the view of the town from our window.

There was a strong deodorizer smell when we entered the room. Also, the desk chair could flip back if you tried to rest your back. There was a stain on the chair and the carpet by the desk.

The rooms and facility were clean and the staff were great. The breakfast was better then most places with free breakfast and the coffee in the lobby was always fresh

I would have given a ten but the one elevator being down was a bummer and the A/C unit in the room was really loud

Hotel was clean, comfortable and easy to find. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. Breakfast buffet was well maintained by two very pleasant individuals.

Housekeeping could have refilled tissue dispenser on the bathroom.

There were more than enough offerings. If you couldn't find something you liked, there is something wrong with you. Staff was very friendly

I would have felt a little safer if there was a grab bar to help with entry and exit of the tub. The toilet paper hold is awkward for people with shoulder problems.
