The staff are always friendly and welcoming! This was our second stay, having stayed Memorial Day weekend. This time we were in the guest house! It was well worth it! The King sized bed and central air conditioning were a huge difference! Housekeeping was on point daily! We have already booked our next stay for Columbus day weekend!! And the location was perfect for everything we had planned! Nothing more than half an hour away!!

If I really must pick something I didn't like about our stay, I'd have to say our room being on the 2nd floor. Not gonna lie, the staircase is very narrow. Having knee issues this presented a minor inconvenience, but definitely not enough to complain or ruin our weekend! Hopefully our next stay we can be on the first floor as we've booked the King room again!

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect for our purpose and in perfect location to everything we had planned for the weekend. The breakfast vouchers are for the Cafe right next door and was well worth it. Staff there are also super friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent. We have already planned our return to the area and will be using Country Squire again!

The room is a little cramped with the 2 queen beds and no room for a full dresser. We opted for the larger room with the king bed when we return next time. The air-conditioner did not work 100% to my satisfaction but well enough I didn't lodge a complaint with management. I expected having it run all day the room would have gotten alot colder than it did.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were pretty comfortable. No problem with acoustics as well, very silent. The room has a smart TV with good internet, a differential in my opinion. Parking space in front of the room.

The trash can inside the room was not collected and the trash from previous guests was still there. The bathroom floor could be cleaner as well. Small bathroom. Breakfast is not included. You get a $12 voucher per person (children not included) to use at Coffee Co, which is a very neat place by the way. The breakfast was excellent, but they should make it clear during reservation.

Hubby and I stayed here because of a concert in Earl The motel was well kept,nice quaint town and read about a breakfast voucher for their restaurant next door Atmosphere over all was nice ,bed was comfy and their was a little patio outside room ,a sliding screen door accessed it Also there was a "porch" area at end of rooms overlooking a park When we opened door to go in the ac was already running at a comfy 70,that was a plus!!

Our only issue was no cups or ice buckets in room Also I do prefer a rug in room I always forget to pack my slippers! That's about all for negative

The staff was excellent. The front desk person was so friendly and helpful. I even met the gardener, he was friendly and took pride in the exterior.

The room smelled musty. I couldn't tell if it was from being closed up for days/weeks, or the A/C filter needed replacement. I opened the door and windows, which helped. The tub/shower drain must have been clogged, it didn't [drain] well. Other than those two big issues the room was very comfortable and the location was great for my needs. I enjoyed breakfast next-door too

Breakfast was a voucher to the cafe next door. The servings were nicely sized and quite good. The room was clean, and comfortably sized for two of us. It was quite hot that day and the air conditioner was working

The air conditioner was quite high up on the wall near the ceiling, and we wanted to adjust the temp because it became too cold (a nice problem to have, lol) But there was no remote and the administrator at the desk shrugged and said she climbs up on the step stool to adjust. However, no step stool and I didn't like that my husband had to climb up on the sofa and stretch to try to reach the controls.

The location of this inn was perfect. We went to Shady Maple Restaurant, Green Dragon Market, Lancaster Outlets and this was a great middle point. The room was clean, very comfortable and had a little back porch. There was also a sitting area with a fire pit and chairs to gather around at night. Our Inn stay included credit toward a breakfast at a nice little coffee shop next door. Because it is right in a small town, we were able to walk for ice cream. Nice area out of the hustle and bustle, would definitely recommend.

From the quick easy check in and check out to the clean and well stocked room everything was great for a last minute overnight stay. The room was clean. Sufficient towels and equipped with fridge and microwave. The little couch was great so we didn’t have to just sit on the bed. The coupons for the breakfast next door were an added benefit. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area. Highly recommended!

Nothing was bad

Everything from the room service, to the breakfast vouchers, to the friendly receptionists, to the extra percausions the staff took in making sure our stay was great was exceptional.

I dont really have any complaints about the place. Everything exceeded my standards. I have no complaints.

Jan, in the office was friendly and professional. She also, was kind enough to print out directions for us to Sight & Sound. The room was clean and the firm bed was very comfortable. The breakfast place was wonderful. Our waitress smiled the whole time, making us feel welcome. I even purchased a pound of coffee. It was so good. I already rateed Country Squire Inn & Suites on facebook.

There was nothing for us to dislike. It is conviently located for shopping and meals.
