I love this hotel they are super friendly and are a pet friendly hotel. I have a mini dachshund who tends to bark if ykyk. They called me when she was barking just to make sure everything was alright. When we said she barks when she sees a stranger we were told no problem at all and to enjoy the rest of our day. Thankful for such a friendly staff that is not judgemental or annoyed with our little love (terror). I will say I am very happy and have stayed here at least 12 - 15 times over the years and hope to continue to stay here when we visit again...... Off the main routes, peaceful, beautiful views, and overall a 10 of 10.

Nothing could have been better!!!!!! This is the best place to stay

We were a little nervous as we received an email that check-in would be completely remote (no one in office) when we booked. However, we arrived and there was someone at the desk from the time we arrived until very late at night, and she was very friendly and even gave us great advice on things to do in the area! The room was very clean and smelled great. Beds were comfy and all the necessities you would expect were provided. The area was also so quiet and beautiful no busy traffic or noise, nice place to relax while still being close to all the nearby tourist attractions.

The only complaint would be the water temperature! I took a shower at night before bed and it was ice cold, we assumed maybe due to everyone showering at once. My mother decided to wait and shower early morning, even with getting up early before most would there still was NO hot water. There was also very poor lighting in the room as the only lights other than the bathroom was a small desk lamp and corner lamp, however we did not mind as we just slept in the room and did not need to do much to get ready but this may come as a downside to some. Along with this I will add the wifi comes in and out quite a bit, again not an issue to us but something to note for those who may be on a business trip needing wifi.

Location location location. Where others around were hundreds more, this place was everything we needed. Nestled in farms, Harvest Drive Family Inn wasn’t lacking in views and peace. I wondered why it was cheaper than other places in the area, but I really think this place is just a hidden gem. If you are looking for modern flashy amenities, I would look elsewhere, but the reason for our trip was to bring it back to humble roots. Perfect place for my family and I to stay when visiting Lancaster. Will definitely be back again.

Nothing. Was happy with it all

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Good size fridge for snacks and drinks. Clean towels every day left on door as we left used towels out each am. Wifi was out one day due to storm, then excellent. Hotel is away from main roads, with no road noise. Beautiful farm scenery at hotel. Very close to all attractions, eateries, shopping. Easy to get back to for rest or nap, or to drop off shopping items.

Two things needed: Larger garbage cans as we had leftover containers and empty drink cans, PA still does not recycle, and a valid TV guide. For our 5 day stay, got the Sunday paper, still could not figure channels out. Two ABC and FOX stations, no CBS. Showed a preview of the next show, then the show did not come on.

Checking in was very easy, and any question I had was just a brief phone call away. The property is peaceful and beautiful, with a grassy area and playground where you can see fireflies at night. We felt very safe and happy. Also, the staff helped to orchestrate a wonderful birthday surprise in our room for my son which made our roadtrip all the sweeter!

This place was very clean..very quiet and right in the middle of every place we needed to visit and see. Because of our dog we requested no housekeeping but every morning they still left us towels...necessities in a bag on the door which was great.

They roomed us in a pet friendly room which was in the back and parking was very scarce ...our room faced towards a building which was weird

I reserved 2 rooms. Both were very nice. My daughter and her family had the room with 3 beds. What a wonderful room. Plenty of room for the 4. Our room with 2 beds were very spacious. Both rooms were very clean. We all loved being in the country. It was a wonderful time for all. I highly recommend this place!

I would have liked the rooms together. But they weren't that far apart.

I've stayed at the Harvest Drive Family Inn a few times now over the past couple of years, and I love it. The location is perfect, it's quiet and most of all it's beautiful. Its wide open views and homey atmosphere are amazing. My husband and I love the location it's exactly where we love going while in Lancaster. It's only a few minutes' drive to get to 2 different main highways. Where there's all kinds of shopping spots and little amish stores and minutes away from the restaurants and amish tours, and many other activities to do while in Lancaster. There are lots of Amish homes and tons of horse-drawn buggies nearby all day long. We love to sit out in the evenings at The Harvest Drive Family Inn and watch all the Amish families going by. It's so relaxing and peaceful. The rooms are always clean and well kept and always cold on hot summer days. I've stayed in both a queen room and a king room before, and both rooms are clean ,quiet, and plenty of space for couples. The staff is minimal but exactly what is so nice about this place. I prefer not being bothered while on my trip, but if I do need something, there's always someone around to help at the Harvest Drive Family Inn. We'll be back to stay here for next year's Lancaster trip. Thanks to all the employees for making our stay spectacular this last week!

Nothing.....I literally can't think of anything I didn't like.

It's a very old school soul building.. with newer up dates..u do get to see alot of buggies going up and down the road in front of the building..they do have benches u can sit it..we spent a good 2 hrs watching the buggies most waved to us when we waved..

The mattress could us an up date..we did us the water for making coffee one day..we learned to just use bottled water after that..over all theres not much we disliked

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is close to the town center but surrounded by fields, wherever you look. It is a fantastic option to truly disconnect and enjoy the peace and tranquility that this place offers. A three-minute drive is the Kitchen Kettle Village, an open-air shopping complex where you can enjoy in the views, learn more about the local culture, and feed the goats! The Intercourse town center. I also recommend visiting the amish farm and house which is 12 minutes away by car. You will love it! The hotel is newly renovated, parquet flooring, clean bathroom... large TV, fridge, microwave... everything you need. They offer coffee in the room and you can park without problem. It's a great hotel, you won't regret it.

The hotel is completely contactless. If you come from another country and do not have mobile data, it will be difficult for you to check in, I suppose, since you have to call by phone to be told how to enter the room. It is very fast and simple but you need a phone with which you can call. Also you will need to provide by phone your driver ID number or in case you have a passport, a passport number I guess.
