The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The carpet was a little dated but still clean. The pool seemed nice, but we didn't use it during our stay. The hot tub was down for repairs. The breakfast was nice. The location was great close to all the places we were visiting. (The sight and sound theater) being the main place. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

That the hot tub was down. I would have really loved to have used it. Other than that, no complaints.

Pools were wonderful after long hot days of antiquing. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfasts were awesome! Loved having a yogurt parfait every day!

Didn't have bagels at one breakfast. Microwave in room would have been nice, but we made do. Our biggest complaint is how hard it is to make a left onto Rt. 30 because the sign sticks out too far! We have to creep out of the driveway to see if anyone is coming from the right. And with the high speed traffic, it's dangerous! Please move the sign!

Nice spacious suite with 1 BR, with kitchenette, two TVs, awesome gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. Pillows were very comfy and bed on the firm side. Breakfast provided with good variety of delicious food, even though it wasn't their busy time of year. Beautiful Indoor pool and hot tub available but we forgot our suits. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. 24 hr lobby store for snacks, toiletries and gifts.

Magic theater was closed due to the time of year (January). At breakfast, some of the food wasn't very hot but we ate in our room and used our microwave to warm it.

Our room had two Queen beds, table with two chairs, one recliner chair, small refrigerator, separate beverage station. The closet had mirrored doors which gave us a full-length mirror. Bathroom was not large but more than adequate. Lots of lighting. Beds were comfortable with multiple pillows. Breakfast had lots of choices. Coffee was good. Very clean. Excellent location and well-marked both day and night. Decent internet strength.

The staff was very friendly as well as helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and there were many choices. It was a very welcome bonus to see the lively toe-tapping Jukebox Show that's right on your property.

The hotel room needs a bit of upgrading, for the wallpaper was noticeably peeling. Also, there was no microwave and the fridge was small. However, the bed was quite comfortable.

The Food was Fantastic Mary Beth did a great Job cooking and getting Breakfast ready and it was very good Meat,Eggs,Potatoes, Waffles,Bread, Cereals,Oatmeal,Muffins, Fresh Fruit, Coffee, Tea, and Juices. Stephanie and Ed at the Front Desk were very Friendly and Helpful with Any Questions or Concerns. Aaron the Maintenance Guy was cool too. A very nice place to stay, will be back again.

This is absolutely one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in !! I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler. The jacuzzi and the pool waa very relaxing & the full breakfast buffet was delicious! There was.ayoung lady there that helped me work the waffle machine!! She was very kind. Kitchen Kettle Village is not too far from here as well as the other attractions. There is an unsight Smorgasbord and Magic Dinner Theater on site. I give this hotel a five star all around!!

Loved the location of the hotel. Staff were friendly and the continental breakfast offered a lot of options. Free coffee 24/7 was amazing. The kids enjoyed both pools.

Wish there was a microwave in the room to warm up kids food easier. The indoor pool was cold. Besides the food attendant, we never saw anyone clean the entrance or hallway which could have used a quick vacuum.

Check in was very easy. Room was clean and fresh looking. Beds and chairs were comfortable. Enough flat, hard surfaces to spread out on. Breakfast choices had something for everyone; hot food was hot.

Shower head height doesn't do it for anyone over 5'6". We are a tall family of 6 footers so getting wet and rinsing off required a lot of bending and ducking.

Hot tub broken and down. Bathroom toilet was made for kids and short people. Shower all way up only hitting my chest. Beds low to the floor. No vending machines but yes has a store good items in there to munch on for kids. Otherwise kids and parents had very good time there. We will stay again
