Nice spacious suite with 1 BR, with kitchenette, two TVs, awesome gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. Pillows were very comfy and bed on the firm side. Breakfast provided with good variety of delicious food, even though it wasn't their busy time of year. Beautiful Indoor pool and hot tub available but we forgot our suits. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. 24 hr lobby store for snacks, toiletries and gifts.

Magic theater was closed due to the time of year (January). At breakfast, some of the food wasn't very hot but we ate in our room and used our microwave to warm it.

Our room had two Queen beds, table with two chairs, one recliner chair, small refrigerator, separate beverage station. The closet had mirrored doors which gave us a full-length mirror. Bathroom was not large but more than adequate. Lots of lighting. Beds were comfortable with multiple pillows. Breakfast had lots of choices. Coffee was good. Very clean. Excellent location and well-marked both day and night. Decent internet strength.

Stronger water pressure for the shower.

This is absolutely one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in !! I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler. The jacuzzi and the pool waa very relaxing & the full breakfast buffet was delicious! There was.ayoung lady there that helped me work the waffle machine!! She was very kind. Kitchen Kettle Village is not too far from here as well as the other attractions. There is an unsight Smorgasbord and Magic Dinner Theater on site. I give this hotel a five star all around!!

Everything was great!!

Loved the location of the hotel. Staff were friendly and the continental breakfast offered a lot of options. Free coffee 24/7 was amazing. The kids enjoyed both pools.

Wish there was a microwave in the room to warm up kids food easier. The indoor pool was cold. Besides the food attendant, we never saw anyone clean the entrance or hallway which could have used a quick vacuum.

Hot tub broken and down. Bathroom toilet was made for kids and short people. Shower all way up only hitting my chest. Beds low to the floor. No vending machines but yes has a store good items in there to munch on for kids. Otherwise kids and parents had very good time there. We will stay again

Best Western Plus in Paradise Pa. Breakfast was excellent. Great selections. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds were ok. Not a comfortable as I had hoped. One night was noisy with children running up and down the hallway. My husband spoke to them politely and then went back to their rooms. Sometimes the doors would slam shout and make a lot of noise.

Exceptional room. Breakfast, and livingroom area for playing games and having pizza and reconnecting with family during a difficult time and family funeral of matriarch of family 91 years. 1954 until 2024 a Gap socialite.

We only could have used a happier and less grumpy late check in attendant. He was irrated, possibly in the middle of project we interrupted checking in for a funeral at Shivery the following day.

Was kind of disappointed that the hot tub was out of order while we were staying there. Kind of one of the reasons I picked this location. The indoor pool, while it was nice and clean, the water was cold so wasn’t able to enjoy that much either.

Staff was exceptional from front desk to room service! Pool was clean with a spa too with towels at the pool. Breakfast was great with different gluten free items labeled daily(eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese omelettes, yogurt) and they had waffle makers and other continental breakfast items as well. Room and bathroom were very clean and hotel is updated. Centrally located for Hershey/Lancaster activities. We visited Cherry Crest adventure farm which was 5 minutes away and it was absolutely amazing!!!

Breakfast was awesome. The Location was really close to Sight and Sound and the American Music Theater which were our top two destinations on the weekend.

The bed could have been a little better. Too springy for me, but that's just personal preference. We could've used a microwave for our room. Nobody was monitoring the pool area when kids were in there jumping and splashing and raising a ruckus.
