Beautiful facility, well maintained, nice area for drinks and breakfast, nice selections from the cooler and freezer by the check in, nice hot tub and pool, and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast did not come with the room but the Starbucks.coffee bar and full breakfast were available for purchase.

The fold out bed was very uncomfortable and there was no bedding for it other than a blanket in the room. When unfolded, it had a definite ridge in it that made it impossible for a stomach sleeper to be at all comfortable.

I love the room bed comfortable clean staff was great informative nice location.

My issue why I couldn't give a 10 was they did accommodate my family which I requested a room close to pool howwee the room was on end hallway wwee there was a exit door which disturb my rest lots of slamming. And the hot tub jets were not workout disappointing because I booked for that reason to relax while the children swim.

We loved how clean the room was!! We had a king with a sofa bed... loved the darkout curtains... the bed was very comfy... the bar area/lobby and people working there were nice and the receptionist was wonderful with any questions we had!

Wish the shower would have been separate from the sink and mirror... not much lighting i felt to get ready if someone was in the shower/bathroom.

We loved the size of the room with the king bed and queen sofa bed for the 3 of us. There was still plenty of room to walk around with both beds made up.

I wish since we were there for a Volleyball tournament that there was a breakfast included in the stay. Most hotels we stay at for tournaments, offer the breakfast which would've been easier for our girls/parents before heading to tournament.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. We felt very pampered with the price being very affordable! The staff was accommodating and had crib in the room as requested. Staff was very friendly. Pool was great! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

We did not eat at the Bistro but it did look nice. The room for most part was good, great blackout curtains. Front desk person was fantastic at checkin, friendly and informative.

More counter service in bathroom and more shower pressure and closet could use a makeover.

The room was very quiet and had the best room darkening shades. The facility was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub more than we expected because it was a rainy vacation week.

Absolutely loved everything! I wish it had a continental breakfast but they have a bar instead so it's more of a business hotel but we made it work as a family stay and the kids loved the fact that the pool was pretty much empty the entire stay!

They dont check the pool towels overnight so we went back and there wasn't any towels to use we had to have grandma bring ours down from the room because we didn't realize their were now clean ones before getting in the pool and hot tub

I think that free breakfast is a standard of hotels of this size and price. The fact that the only offerings were to be paid extra was a dissapointment.
