The location, the breakfast, and room size.

We were short towels and told more would come when they were finished drying. They never came. Each bed had three pillows in a room that had 4 people. Not sure why they skimped on an extra pillow for each person. The beds have no box spring so it’s on a metal frame so expect discomfort. No mirror in the room so you must wait for someone to finish in the bathroom. Towels had make up stains and room needs a better clean.

Super friendly staff, especially the one who took the time to find me a quiet room on the top floor away from children. The room was spacious, clean with a nice bathroom with plenty of towels ,and the HDTV was large with a multitude of channels (Dish TV). The bed was comfortable and the A/C unit was fairly quiet. USB charging points were available and the parking was plentiful. Bonus points for providing me a take-away breakfast, as I had to leave before the serving times.

The tub and bathroom floor were extremely slippery when wet (you MUST ask for a bathtub mat at the front desk). The refrigerator was OK, but the tiny freezer was encased in an iceberg. The room was a bit pricey, but what isn't these days.

From the moment we arrived, the property was well-kept, plenty of parking. Walk thru the door, greeted by a nice lady at the front desk, everything inside the lobby was clean and neat, very pretty country decor. Check in was quick and we were up to our room. Rooms had two big, comfy beds with lots of pillows, clean white sheets and duvets, ac was on point and the floors were modern and so was the bath. We went out to grab a couple of things at the Dollar General (right down the street) then picked up pizza at this little Italian place on the way back. Delicious. Kids and I had a little pizza party in the room with movies on the TV and passed out. The next morning we went down for free breakfast, DELICIOUS! Waffle makers, sausage gravy and biscuits, juices, coffee, tea, muffins and bagels, all yummy. Then we got in the pool. Very clean, towels were clean and there were plenty. The pool furniture was in great condition. The farm view out back was gorgeous. Check out was a breeze and we made sure to let them know we will DEFINITELY be back!

The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was clean. It was close to places to eat. The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast - muffins, bagels, toast, and waffles. They had hard-boiled eggs for protein, yogurt, coffee, and tea. I would stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was that my room was at the top of the stairs, and it was a little noisy at times with guests coming and going.

We checked in, showered, slept and then checked out. The room was clean and had a lot of space. The gentleman at the desk moved us to the top floor away from the teenagers in the hotel so we were not disturbed. This was very thoughtful & we really appreciated it!! The room ended up being very quiet. Checkout was very easy.

The bathtub was a bit slippery. I would have liked a little more for breakfast, maybe some fresh fruit, a variety of muffins or breads. I ended up just getting a muffin to go.

We were so appreciative of the management allowing us to lock out bikes under the porch roof. We have a new electric assist bike that was very expensive for us, so we were nervous about the 100% chance of rain in the forecast. The view out our window was lovely. Beds are comfortable, and we loved having a sofa to relax on after our long bike ride.

We found upon entering the room that it seemed clean, but it had a musty, sweaty kind of odor about it. We should have brought this up to the desk, but we didn't! It didn't smell good, like a sweaty, unclean person was still hanging around the room.

We couldn’t rate this property more highly. The staff went above and beyond with directions, pleasantries and smiles. The front desk staff were both outstanding. The room was clean, comfortable and the ac was fully controlled by us. The room has been newly decorated. The corridors and front desk have not but don’t be scared of that, they are like a well looked after living room. The fashion may have changed slightly but they are clean, smell nice and well looked after. Quaint! There were plenty of towels both in the room and by the pool. The pool is a hidden gem. The views around it are amazing, no looking onto car parks but instead a wide green space of football fields and agricultural fields. Perfect temperature, lots of room to sit around the outside and comfortable shade when required. There is a very useful guest laundry and at $3 a pop it’s also very affordable. There is 24 hour coffee/ hot water facilities at reception which was a lovely surprise. Ice and vending machines were conveniently available. Breakfast was very pleasant and there was a wide range of continental style food. We loved the addition of the sausage gravy for the biscuits. The man on duty at breakfast was excellent. The property feels safe and there are local amenities who will deliver food.

The breakfast was good, it was a little more on the lighter side compared to some places yet enough choices and satisfying. There is usually some little thing to be found that is not up to par at any place but our room surpassed my my expectations. The cleanliness and being well maintained, all in all, was the best I’ve experienced in quite awhile. I loved the tiled floors instead of carpet.

Nothing really. I was traveling with my 2 Granddaughters and it doesn’t matter where you take them on vacation, when asked what was your favorite thing, the answer will be the pool. Since the outdoor pool was closed for the season, they would tell you, You need an indoor pool. Not always practical I understand and will certainly highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, it was a pet friendly hotel with a pool and I love the suites with a bedroom. The staff was very friendly too.

When I got there, they didn't know I had a dog and did give me slack at first, however did accomadate us regardless. That I thought was nice. They charged a fee per day and a hold of additional money which I still didn't receive back yet.

The entire hotel was clean and efficiently run. The 24 hour coffee bar had very good coffee and there was real half and half there during the day, which was appreciated. The pool and exercise room also looked pristine. The room was very clean and appeared recently remodeled... no smells, no carpet, bright bathroom with large vanity, spotless linens.

The breakfast was fine... such as bagels, previously frozen mixed fruit, cereals, hard boiled eggs. There were waffle irons if you wanted to make your own waffle but there was little room to comfortably do so, as the room itself and food prep area was small and congested with people (between 8 and 930 am).
