Everyone that works there is sooo nice and the location is so convenient to almost everything in a walking distance. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Most people are complaining about homeless people and people doing drugs but that isn't the hotel's fault. And when reading other people's reviews they made it sound like there was a lot of them and that wasn't true either. The hotel is very nice with an exceptionally good staff. If I ever come back to Pottsville, I will definitely be staying here.

Walls in the room could use some cleaning.

Check in was very easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. Staff is very polite. They are renovating which is nice.

They do need to update the furniture in the rooms.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. At first glance, it seemed very clean, but our room was actually quite dirty. There was dust everywhere, the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and there was an old coffee pod left in the machine. I do not recommend this place. The only good thing about the hotel is its location.
