I've stayed at this hotel several times in the last 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated rooms and public spaces. There was renovation happening at the front desk, but this neither delayed my arrival nor departure, nor affected the quality of service provided by the staff. Overall, my stay was comfortable and without any drawbacks.

The hotel overcharged but quickly realized their mistake and refunded the overcharge immediately. However, they also took a $50 refundable deposit out of my credit card, which they said was for potential damage or theft after they inspected and serviced the room post-departure. The clerk assured me that this deposit would be refunded within a few days and agreed that there was no reason for the charges to be held, in other words no damage, and all the towels were there. However, it's taken over 5 days post-departure, and the refund has still not posted. I'm sure the room had been turned over, and re-rented within the first day I was gone. It would be nice if their refund came as quickly as their billing. I will give them another day, before another call to the property.

Handicap accessible room was well appointed. Only drawback was bed height. Kitchen east to use.

Heater system may need to be checked because it kept blowing air most of the time even when we turned it way down. Kitchen could use a small frying pan!

Perfect for us. Lobby great! Always coffee, always clean, staff pleasant and professional. We come back every year👏👏

A place to put your suitcase.

We liked being able to bring our dog! In addition, having a small kitchen area was nice! The hotel was quiet and close to food options. If you needed anything, the hotel had it in house - food, drink, etc.

The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. Mattress needs replacing. But things like sheets and towels were soft and comfortable.

I was glad that they at least had cereal and milk to eat in the room. I was dropped off and picked up by a friend staying with family, so I couldn't drive to a restaurant.

I was in a handicapped room, which I appreciated since I have a damaged shoulder from an accident. The bed was awfully high for a handicapped suite. It was difficult to get into bed.

The room was well equipped and spotless. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were cozy. The Damentis Italian restaurant on property is a world class Italian American restaurant, it is fine dining and not inexpensive, but as a chef / restaurateur it was worth every dollar. The manicotti and creamed spinach were perfect. if I was ever in that area again I would stay there and dine there again.

The lobby pantry store is not very well stocked.

Everything was nice n clean alot of space n was set up like a studio apartment with a full size fridge dishwasher small 2 burner cook top

The bed was a little too soft we kinda sunk down into it n against eachother lol but wasn't terrible

We stay here 2 times a year and it's always our go to.

For the last two times we stayed I booked through booking.com and we we were not giving the room size we booked not understanding that part we paid for a king suite and got a queen????

Clean, modern, friendly and efficient. very well done. Excellent value for the price. Adrian and Arianus on desk staff were especially helpful.

Everything was done well. Just no complaints....

Convenient location , great views, clean and comfortable especially for the price .

Hotel was a little antiquated in common areas but hotel is currently undergoing renovations. My room itself was updated though.
