Great location, easy on and off the freeway. Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

The setup of the Hotel is odd. The elevator is not in the middle of the hotel which is normal so if you have a room on the other end it's a bit of a walk. Also, there are stairs on both ends of the hotel. One end goes down to the first floor and has a door to the hallway which takes you to the lobby. Stairs on the other end of the hotel take you down to the pool however the door to the pool is locked so you have to go back upstairs to the other end of the hotel to go down and walk the length of the hotel to get to the pool. Nothing bad, just an odd setup.

The breakfast was good quality and variety and well staffed. The night before our check out I experienced some medical problems. The lady at the front desk first gave us good advice on local medical facilities and second was very understanding of my predicament— I wasn’t sure whether or not I would be hospitalized and therefore, reluctant to check out of the hotel as schedule. Luckily, our room was still available for that Saturday night and I did not require hospitalization. The next morning at breakfast she came over to inquire how I was doing — very considerate and appreciated.

Our room was classified as accessible with a walk-in shower and it was. The layout worked for our needs. My only complaint is one I find applies to many hotels. My husband is recovering from a spinal cord injury. We have just recently been able to resume some light traveling. My biggest complaint is that most of these accessible rooms do not provide at least one chair that has good neck support when someone sits in it. I believe that the hotel industry as a whole should review and establish a policy to provide such seating.

The location was easy to find and right off the interstate. The staff were professional and friendly. Roz completed my intake upon my arrival. Each time she saw me she always ensured that my needs were being met during my stay. My dog Leo absolutely loved her. The premises were immaculate and throughout my stay I saw staff constantly cleaning some area of the grounds. I would stay at this location in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately I was in town due to a family death. The hospitality shown by the staff will not be forgotten.

We had family come in for a funeral out of town and I happen to have like 9 people total in the pool with 3 adults assisting. And I went to get my daughter gift and came back to my family upset because they said it was ok just no candles. My family told me the lady told us we had to leave all while I was gone to get a gift took 10 min tops. We also had rooms in there

Location is convenient: right off the highway, also on major road, Wilkes Barre Blvd. There's a Perkins restaurants within short walking distance across the parking lot. We wound up eating there twice for dinner to avoid driving after dark. The beds were comfortable. The room was tidy and the bathroom was clean. The sink is in the main room, just outside the bathroom, which is convenient when getting ready. The people at the front desk Saturday and Sunday were very friendly.

The breakfast area could get crowded and there weren't too many options, although breakfast is included in the cost of the room. Housekeeping didn't come to tidy our room after the first night. I think we missed the window while we were at breakfast and then they didn't come back although we were gone from 10am to 4pm. But we were able to get fresh towels at the front desk.

Very nice. Well maintained. Comfortable beds, clean rooms.

Nothing. Staff was terrific trying to find my missed Booking.com reservation. After waiting in the lobby for an hour I grudgingly gave them a credit card to book a room. Booking.com didn’t respond with the booking information till the next day. Shame on you!

That one of the staff quit during her shift at breakfast time with alot of people no food then the manager stepped in and made everyone happy she cooked, cleaned made coffee refilled she was great

I loved staying at this hotel everything was very good the staff was great every staff member i saw was so nice to me the breakfast was good. I didn't want to leave the hotel but it will be my home away from home in I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know that is going near this hotel. Ras at the front desk is the best great person.

The facility was very clean and the beds were comfy. I also enjoyed the spa it was very relaxing. I also like to say thank u to Kim and her trainee at service desk. I forgot her name and I truly apologize. They made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Great work lady's ! :)

The heated pool wasn't heated. Also the sink was outside the bathroom which I thought was alil odd but other then that my stay was comfortabe and great! :).

Since most places offer only a continental breakfast we were delighted to learn that the Comfort Inn has a full breakfast everyday. And the location of the Comfort Inn is ideal for our stay when visiting friends on David Drive.
