Convenience and located in a popular shopping center. Assistant GM Brianna was fantastic. We had to reschedule our initial trip via Booking and explained it and she noted and advised for me to call Booking and she would have them refund.. Also our room was not as clean as previous stays and she came and cleaned it at 12:00 am by herself.. Exceptional and professional.. Offered snacks free of charge after a 10 hour drive and for the inconvenience…. Thank you, Brianna!

Room wasn’t as clean due to pet room. Rooms could use a slight upgrade..

On our 9 day vacation, we spent three nights at the Residence Inn. It was without question our favorite hotel. The breakfast was varied with several hot selections that changed daily. The waffles were tasteless. They had blackout curtains, comfy beds, great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The shower only had a half wall and no door. I stayed in a King Studio with sofa bed, a washing machine and dryer are listed under what is included in that room. They were not in the room but were available on site for a charge.

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in an accessible room and it was perfect. The sink in the kitchen and the bathroom were both designed to allow a wheelchair to roll up to them. The shower had a strong, comfortable shower chair. It easily held my weight and I'm 500lbs. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

I have absolutely no complaints about this location.

The room was huge. I had originally wanted to upgrade to a suite, but turns o it we really didn’t need to! It was my husband, myself, and our large mastiff mix. We had so much room and loved that there was a full kitchen and seperate living space for us all. It was extremely clean and new. The front desk ladies were so sweet and accommodating. My grandmother had a room across from us and she also loved her room. We were able to visit for the holidays and be extremely comfortable and felt very safe

Nothing!

The 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen, the 24hour coffee, breakfast, lobby area , fitness room, the speed/responsiveness of the elevators . Very friendly and helpful staff.

The couch in the suite was not comfortable and was stained. An arrival/departure portico would have been nice for unloading/loading to hotel cart.

We always stay here when WWE comes to Wilkes Barre. The reason why is its literally right next door to the arena so makes easy access for me and my mom to get to and from arena

Only complaint would be pricing we heard of another wwe event coming to Wilkes-Barre in November we were gonna stay 2 nights but it would have been almost 850 dollars that's insane. Asked what one night would be and it's. 450 dollars worried that I may have to go to a different hotel do to pricing. I don't want to go anywhere else I really like your hotel but pricing is becoming a major issue for us sadly.

we have been going to Wilkes Barre to go to hockey games a few times a year. The hotel we usually use was full so we decided to stay close to the arena and chose your hotel. We could walk to the arena ... which was great and the facility and people working there were outstanding. We have decided that we will stay there from now on. Loved it!!

The only problems we had were the shower water pressure wasn't very good and the bed pillows were terrible. But, we can bring our own pillows next time and can deal with the low water pressure.

Clean and friendly and good location and price was reasonable.

Coffee in room was terrible. Better to not offer anything than waste it on very bad Coffee. We were assigned a handicap room which was ok but the shower curtain was literally 1 foot short of reaching the floor and water splashed out everywhere. Also HVAC unit was extremely loud.

Room was clean, staff was courteous, breakfast was great.

My only complaint was regular coffee was not good (it said dark roast but was weak or watered down) and the same for all the juices during breakfast.

My mother turned 75 and requested we all travel to a place that has casinos nearby. Wilkes Barre was a much better choice than Atlantic City. We loved our stay.
