1. . Everyone I encountered at this place was friendly and eager to help with any questions or concerns. 2. The beds were cozy. 3. The bathrooms were clean. 4. The halls and community spaces were well-maintained. 5. The poolside area is small but tidy, with towels provided. 6. There’s a fitness area available for use. 7. Parking is plentiful on the property. 8. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a short driving distance. 9. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options: hard-boiled eggs, flat eggs, bagels and toast, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt with mix-ins like coconut shreds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds, granola (nuts), and brown sugar. There was also a make-your-own waffle station, bananas, apples, chocolate milk and regular milk in boxes for kids, and an all-day coffee station.

1. The sofa and throw pillows in my suite were quite dingy. I ended up covering the sofa with a sheet to use it. The throw pillows, which have zippered covers, should be swapped out for each guest as they were noticeably unclean. 2. Despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign, cleaning staff entered my room twice, which felt invasive as we had valuables inside. I recommend ensuring these signs are respected to avoid issues for guests and staff. 3. Breakfast sausage was served daily, which became repetitive. A rotation of breakfast meats, like bacon or Canadian ham, would be a nice improvement. Despite the cons, our overall experience was pleasant, and we would return. However, we would inform the front desk in advance that we do not want room service during our stay.

We stopped at this location during a long road trip. Our stay was a bit last minute, so we were very glad that they could accommodate us on a Saturday night. The location was gorgeous and the property had all the amenities we were looking for. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Even though our stay was short, we would stay here again if passing through the area.

The only thing we would have changed would be to not have the bathroom door be a sliding, barn door style. The door was heavy and rattled the all the glass fixtures each time it was opened and closed. This was fine of course during the day, but for those late night bathroom trips, it would have been nice not to disturb the entire guest room.

Our room was very clean, big and comfortable, as in the pictures. Very spacious bathroom and furniture and beds are well maintained, very recommended stay. Free parking space is appreciated and the staff at the check in/out and breakfast staff were very kind. However we encountered a very rude, unhelpful and unpolite man staff member at the reception probably working over the night shift (two different persons from our group talked to him independently in the early morning and felt misstreated). Apart from that, a great over night stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. The first morning one flavor of juice was out but the machine was filled as soon as I let the staff know. One morning there were scrambled eggs and the next there was a waffle station. There weren't a ton of choices but there were enough to satisfy everyone in our group. The Italian restaurant just across the parking lot was a bonus!

There really wasn't anything negative about our stay. We were only there for 2 nights and everything went smoothly. The only complaint (and it's a minor one) was a bit of noise from the room above on our second night; BUT, they quieted down after 9:30 so no intervention was needed.

The location was perfect, room was very big and comfortable plenty of room for a family. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Jamie on the front desk was a true star going above and beyond! Breakfast was great with a large selection and very helpful staff. A real family vibe.

The staff was amazing .. especially the front desk/lobby ladies .. so patient .. we were there for a girls basketball tournament .. we did karaoke in the lobby both nights and the ladies never complained or shut us down .. allowed us parents and kids to enjoy ourselves .. our keys keep not working and the million times we went to the desk they were always happy to help us .. the breakfast was wonderful and the lady who managed that was perfect .. accommodating and kept the area super clean and stocked .. pool was so fun for the kids .. rooms were spacious and very clean .. our entire group were very impressed and satisfied with the hotel .. if we are ever out here again .. we will define he’ll book Springhill ..

It was right off the interstate. The hotel receptionist was exceptional. She answered my questions and went above and beyond to get me information. She was kind with a sunny disposition and made me feel like if there was anything else we needed during our stay that I could contact her.

Outside door was left open near our room causing a cold draft in our room. The built in conditioner bottle didn’t get refilled in the shower, resulting in my daughter not having conditioner.

I thought the breakfast had a lot of options, including Kosher items which was a nice bonus. The hotel staff was very helpful, specifically Isabella at the front desk. Beds were really comfortable.

The hot tub wasn't working but they allowed us to use the one at the sister hotel. Also the pool was on the smaller side. No locks on the bathroom doors in both of our rooms, not sure if this is true for each room in the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good lots of choices. The women in the kitchen should get a pat on the back for how hard she worked the first morning we were there.

The breakfast buffet women should of had help, there were 2 bus loads of people all demanding something.all at once. She handled it beautifully. The problem was they knew about the buses and didn't schedule extra help for her. I could of never kept my cool. You should make her employee of the month.y

Over-all good value for the price we paid.

Some staff at front desk could use more training. After a concert at Montage our key did not work on back and side doors. When we walked to the front desk and inquired about our room key; the young lady gave us the biggest yawn I ever witnessed in my life (without covering her mouth). A nice gentleman intervened and helped with our problem. Only one of 2 elevators were working during our entire stay.
