Nice big room and friendly staff. Breakfast had some healthier options like oatmeal with nuts & seeds to add in. Near to mall and highway without being too noisy, so its a decent stay.

The staff keeps the Aircon on 66 F, it is freezing in common areas, seems like a waste. Lots of single-use paper and plastics, more waste. Laundry was pricey for guest.

Location was awesome if you’re not from the area. Lots of stores for anything you may need and restaurants.

They had a nice little spread but only pork sausages for breakfast no other options. I think they should offer other options for folks that don’t eat pork.

Why have I not stayed at Residence Inn more often?? Huge room, comfortable bed, many little extras for the traveler. This is my new stop in Scranton.

Heat wasn’t working, but I was given a space heater and all was fine.

The staff member at the cafeteria was very welcoming and full of energy. The room was clean.

The website stated the hotel had a pool (which was the reach I booked that hotel) but when I got there I was advised the pool had been down since the pandemic. My children were very disappointed and the associate who checked us in was not very empathetic to the situation.

This hotel was our favorite we have ever been to! It was clean, affordable, spacious, and breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful hotel located in the perfect location for our visit to Scranton for a MOTIONLESS IN WHITE concert! We enjoyed the local shops and restaurants as well!

The only thing that bothered me was that the toilet paper roll was not changed, it was the same roll from the previous occupant.

The staff , Liss, Sasha, and Tiara were exceptional. Their friendly service made our stay outstanding.
