It was a very convenient location given my road travel toward NY. The hotel answered all my questions prior to my visit, check-in was straightforward, and the facilities were more than adequate relative to the cost. The nice big supermarket right across the way is a bonus as well.

I travelled on a motorcycle, and had to leave the bike parked in the lot in front of the hotel. I was unsure about the safety of this, as the area the hotel is in does not seem very well lit and I'm not familiar with the neighbourhood. However, the hotel does appear to have someone regularly posted outside, which was reassuring.

The staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean .The location was good .

I would have liked to see more options for breakfast. Besides, waffles and breakfast sandwiches. Maybe some eggs and sausage or bacon for those that can I have bread products. The shower was in the room, the pressure was not that good.

Very nice continental breakfast, and I loved the fact that during the day I could grab a tea bag to make a nice hot tea up in my room. The weather was very chilly and it was nice to have something to warm up with.

The cleaners just came into our room when we weren’t there. When we still had another night left. That was a little weird. We went to breakfast and then came back around 10:30 to our door open, and the cleaners leaving. Thought they would ask first or if no one is there, come back. Very strange

The gentleman at the front desk had the personality of aclam. No greeting at all. Very unapproachable, when I asked if a handicap room was available he quickly said No.there were only 2 handicap parking spots used. I know there are more than 2 rooms.

I would have liked to see more of a hot breakfast variety other than waffles. Like eggs and meat like bacon or sausage for the guests who can not eat carbs.

Breakfast .It Would be nice if they offer more choices of hot breakfast instead of just waffles. and a little bigger cups for coffee the ones they had we're like two shot glasses..

the bed was so comfortable and the room was very cozy. the lighting around the mirror was awesome and i love that the bedside table lamps had outlets.

some parts of the room were questionable like the towel draped over the bathtub but other than that it was really nice.

everything was excellent. plenty of room. very. kean excellent friendly staff

there was a non working jacuzzi in the room. no need for one in the rooms

The only thing i dont like that the bed was re-made but not cleaned. When i lifted the blanket there was hair & dirt underneath. It clearly wasn't dusted off before being made & that means the blankets are not being washed after every use.
