The room was decorated to my wife's liking, the beds were spacious and comfortable. The tavern had good menu, very friendly, welcoming staff Food was scrumptious and service was expedient. The room lighting had plugs and charging stations.Hair drier was useful after getting caught in rain and needed to dry clothes for dinner.

The TV had limited wholesome entertainment movies were not to wife's liking, I searched for golf channel for PGA/ LIV coverage( not available) ESPNs didn't carry any sport of interest. Only problem I had was sink clogged when I washed and brushed my teeth. Wife said she had no problem. Must be me.

Nice pool. Good bed. Clean. Nice to have restaurant in hotel, although food very basic.

Last time the checkin person said I didn't have a reservation even though I showed her my Booking.com confirmation and receipt. Wouldn't take my credit card and allow me to go to a room and use a restroom until I straightened out with Booking. Was on hold in the lobby for an hour. Very rude and unprofessional. Came back for pool and location near highway. This time the front desk was also rude; didn't welcome me, just said "License and credit card." Not good PR for BW.

The king suite was a good value but the bathroom was only accessible in the bedroom. Whoever sleeps in the pullout couch has to open the bedroom door & enter the room to use the bathroom. The pool was clean.

The shower did not have non-slip strips so you could slip in the shower. The breakfast had no pancakes or waffles no danish or bacon. Hot food was scrambled eggs & sausage patties with potatoes.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean and spacious room, hot shower. Good breakfast.

The blanket on the bed was very thin. Given how cold it can get (and got the night of our stay) in Northeast PA, and that some people might arrive late and not have time to wait for the heating to warm their room up before they go to bed, it might be helpful to have thicker blankets available in the closet for guests who need them.

A big plus for us, the bed and pillows were great. Having arthritis we were very comfortable. Checking in very late we didn’t get to use the room as you would generally but was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options to choose from.

Husband woke up with muscle cramps in his legs and decided to soak in the tub. Unfortunately the rubber around the stopper was half gone and it kept emptying so he had to keep filling the tub up.

The hotel was great. Staff was friendly and it was clean.

One elevator was out of order. I was on crutches and it was a long wait for the elevator and the floors were slippery from people coming from the pool. Also, we needed more blankets. Only sheets and a thin blanket. I was cold all night. My husband was comfortable.

The woman that checked me is was super nice. She gave me much valuable information. Parking was tight until I discovered the back parking lot (a bit hidden for anyone unfamiliar) breakfast there was good. The restaurant next door and the bar attached are nice too.

The building is older. The water pressure was not great.

I was only there overnight but I would definitely stay there again. As I entered into the building, I was greeted by a staff member. She was nice, prompt courteous gave us our hotel key. Explain the Wi-Fi to us give us directions to our room all with a smile.

The parking was a little confusing. I didn’t know there was a upper back, but I got a space right in the front it was the only space left

Comfortable room, staff was very friendly, good location, good coffee.

Breakfast was decent, but could have had more fresh fruit options. They had little egg omelets, but I'm not sure they were real eggs. Bathroom was comfortable, but tub backed up during shower and there were water stains on the ceiling, as if from a leak above the tub.

What a wonderful place to stay! Great environment, amazing pool, super friendly staff and extremely comfortable beds! Our stay was truly better than what we were expecting! Free parking, delicious breakfast (home fries, bacon, eggs, pancakes and so much more)
