The staff was excellent! We were greeted well when checking in and all staff interactions were friendly. Our rooms looked exactly like the photos.

We were disappointed the spa was not operating, it was a selling point for choosing the property. The cafe/bar area was understaffed and the sweet woman working was in the weeds through no fault of her own. I do not think the staff was prepared for having many guests due to a baseball tournament.

The hotel was incredibly nice for the price we paid. Very clean hotel room, shower was powerful, recently redone, and very quick to warm up. Overall site was organized, well kept and presented well. However, the best part of the experience was the front desk employee Amanda. I had asked for a special request to "make me laugh, I don't care what" and she came through! I had forgotten about it and they left the cutest towel man in our bed, with a wine glass and a shot glass, which was hilarious! Amanda was very personal, friendly, and refreshing after a long drive late at night! She gave a good restaurant recommendation and was full of wonderful dad jokes! After hearing how we liked them, she even slipped one under our door at some point during her shift, which was absolutely wonderful. Amanda is awesome!

Site did not have continental breakfast - that's really the only con. I'd certainly suggest having it.

Price was good. Front desk clerk was super friendly. Beds were very comfortable.

We were on 1st floor and our window was not locked and was very hard to lock. As two women traveling alone it kind of made me feel unaafe.

Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean room.

The entrance is in a very dangerous spot. Hard to get out. For such a nice hotel we had hoped to get a complimentary breakfast, but you had to pay for everything. Pool was closed down for reconstruction.

Rooms are very clean and up to date. Lobby is very inviting. The cafe/restaurant is good, and seating there very comfortable. There's a fire pit right outside with comfortable seating that looks directly at the ski area

I can't think of anything. This is my go-to place when I'm visiting the area.

Staff was so friendly, upgraded us, gave us cookies and pizza, couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating!

Location was great for what we were doing (concert at Mohegan Sun) and would be even better for anyone going to the mountain. Cool how it’s up on a hill a bit too.

It was great but I felt like there should have been two people behind the breakfast counter, especially since no self-serve coffee :( front desk staff was awesome!

the bishop left a lot to be desired. I ordered several drinks from the menu board and non of them could be made so I settled for wine.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Need better service at the Bistro Bar. Counter left unattended for long periods of time. I waited 10 minutes to be waited on, then waited 40 minutes to receive egg sandwich while there was only one other table there who had been served. Many people left after waiting for attendant. Coffee creamer and milk containers both empty.

The Staff was exceptionally wonderful, super accomendating and helpul. Very friendly and happy. I forgot her name just now, but make sure you place in her file an exeptional review.
