The hotel was very clean and welcoming. I usually stay at the Hilton or Marriott and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel!!! I didn’t expect much, but now see Holiday Inn differently!!

My family and I stayed In rooms 400 and 402. Very strange but both Keurigs did not work. We all tried to operate them both to make sure it was the coffee maker and not us! Also came back on the last day and none of our cards 4, two for each room, would open the doors to our rooms. There was also a sign hanging on my door that said Not Ready… I left it as I didn’t put it there, I figured housekeeping did for some reason. No one came into my room and cleaned or dropped off more towels or anything that day. (3/8/25). I also had a handicapped room and in the bathroom something had come off the wall and there were holes from where the screws held it in place. Just thought it would be nice to take care of small details like that.

We came in from out-of-town to celebrate our 6 year old grandson's birthday party. They had it here because of the pool (they live local). The pool was busy at the time we were there but it worked out okay. Afterwards, he opened presents. He received a gift that needed batteries. We went to the main desk to ask if they sold batteries in the little shop across from the desk. The girl behind the desk said, "No, but I have some." What? Yay! She saved the day. He was so happy! On another note, the complimentary breakfast was great! The girl working it was helpful and friendly. All of the staff we encountered were friendly.

The room was on the cool side even though it was on the heat setting but we weren't in there much except for sleeping. The unit is a bit noisy but you get use to it. : )

Cleanliness the convenience, the amenities as well as the value as well as the complimentary breakfast.

The Staff of the Breakfast Area just rude and made not only myself but my family uncomfortable to even eat the looks as well as her talking to other staff about others very unpleasant other than that the rest of the staff as well as the front desk was a pleasant.

Everything! I stay at this hotel whenever I’m in the area because it’s one of my favorites. The location is quiet but super close to several dining options, conveniences, and shopping; it’s also right off the highway. The hotel is modern and incredibly clean, the staff are amazing, the beds are so comfy, and, if you’re a fan of The Office, you’ll enjoy the little nod to the show that can be found in the lobby.

Not a single thing!

We were there for an extended weekend. My granddaughter was in a cheerleading competition. The staff there was awesome. They were extremely pleasant and polite. They were so eager to please us. Upon our checkout, we ran into car issues and had to have it towed back home. Samantha, the front desk clerk so was helpful to our situation, she helped with making the situation less stressful. Actually, both the young ladies at the counter, were helpful, polite, and extremely helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping was great, the hotel itself was extremely clean. I did not see anything unsightly dirty thru that hotel (and remember a lot of cheer teams were there that particular weekend) they were on top of it and the hotel stay cleaned the whole time. There were dispensaries of hand sanitizer thruout the building. The beds was extremely comfortable, more comfortable than my bed at home. The free breakfast was great as well. Everything was freshly cooked and they a good variety for everyone. Ceral, fruit, yogurts, toast, pancakes to name a few of the items. Everything was covid friendly with sneeze guards and individual containers. They even provide rubber gloves if needed. The location was great. Their was a Walmart and Target across the street and many restaurants nearby to choose from. Shopping is also there ie. Marshall, Macy's. In the past I always traveled with the Marriott but if this is how all IGH locations are, they may be my new place

Location is great, staff is always pleasant, beds are comfortable and room has an amenities we need, restaurants within walking distance and stores extremely close by, we will be back

Minor mildew in bathroom and bath plug was broken, found some hair in bathroom that wasn’t from my family, otherwise great, we enjoy this hotel and have stayed a few times

I really liked everything very clean my family love it ,,, of all the hotels I stayed in I've never seen anything like it. The very clean towels the beds were also smelly very good ,,, I really liked it a lot and I recommend it

The only thing I didn't like was a client treating the hotel employee badly because she was serving breakfast alone,,, I wanted to congratulate you all thank you so much for everything

We have bowling tournaments near here and this is our goto hotel to stay at! It's is always a fast check-in, never a problem, and the workers are beyond friendly and helpful. I personally have been coming here for the last 3 years, twice a year, for various tournaments, and we will NEVER not stay here!

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is amazing, so sweet and so welcoming. The place is so incredibly clean and the attention to detail is top notch. I was so impressed with this place. Wish we had this place where we live in Chicago. 10/10 from us :)
