From the moment we arrived that staff was welcoming and helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping each of them seemed as though they really enjoyed they jobs, I believe that is a true sign of a great management staff. I even left my keys by mistake and they keep them in the office until I could return a week letter and they knew exactly who I was when I walked in the door. I was very impressed.

While there were 2 washers, one was out of order so I had to wait a bit to wash swim suites after the kids got out the pool.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful! The room was very clean 👌. Bed was comfortable. Loved the atmosphere and location of the hotel. Close to all shopping 🛍 😌

Although I liked the room very much, what was missing in my room was a safe. Most hotels have one. I also stay at the Hilton conference hotel in scranton PA. And they have a safe. That was the only thing I could find that I didn't like.

Breakfast was delicious with an assortment of items. Make you own waffles were delicious with toppings, omelets, breakfast bowls, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juices. I enjoyed the tasty waffles, bagels and cheddar cheese omelet. Love the 24 hour coffee too!!! The pool, hot tub temperatures was perfect, I've been to many hotels that say heated pool and they are usually cold, but not Home 2 Suites. The beds were comfy, the rooms were large and roomy. I like the kitchenette area, the fire pit out on the deck overlooking the area.

The only thing missing was a lock on the bathroom door.

the staff were so friendly the hotel was immaculate. the breakfast was much better than I had expected. I wish there was another TV in front of the beds Instead of cabinets so we didn't have to turn the TV from the living area to the beds. other than that we had a great time and will definitely be back next time we are out this way!

This is a great hotel - staff is super friendly and answers anything you need - I asked tons of questions. The breakfast was great - the room more then enough room - the outside deck is amazing to sit and take in all the views. There is plenty around this hotel as far as stores should you need anything- all restaurants. We are going back here.

I really have nothing to say except for the elevators were the slow -

The continental breakfast that was offered was pretty standard and was good. I appreciated the hours of breakfast (6am-10am). There were pet waste stations on either side of the hotel to help keep the surrounding grounds free from pet waste. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The price per night was much higher than any of the surrounding hotels. However, it was the only hotel that allowed us to have both of our dogs. If it weren't for our fur babies, we would have stayed elsewhere.

The layout of the room was spacious. We liked the kitchen area with the large fridge. The bed was comfy. We liked the waffles at breakfast. We liked that the room was quiet.

For the price of the room we expected better quality and cleanliness. The sofa and chair were both stained and dirty. The bed sheets were visibly worn with pulled threads, not very good quality sheets.

Breakfast met expectations short of providing butter or a butter substitute for toast , waffles etc Also, better labeling of warmed breakfast offerings,

The view from my window, the location how it’s surrounded by everything food spots and stores. But what made me fall In love was the fire place and the view from there at night. Staff were so nice and accionares me a late c/o since I had to kill time to go to my favorite winery but over all fell I love with this place can’t wait to go back.

The pool was to cold but I knew that since the place is dab in the mountains and the hot tub left me with a weird smell nothin soap and water couldn’t fix

I love this place my husband and I always come here at least 2 to 3 times a year because we have family out there.

Only like one or two staff keep giving me looks like I'm from outer space but it's okay there's nothing wrong with being different, as long as they stay respectful which they have I have no complaints
