Upon arriving for our stay at the hotel, the two ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Compared to surrounding hotels, the nightly cost was very reasonable. Very clean.

Only a couple issues that could have made our stay better …… The shower had very little water pressure. Secondly, in my opinion 9 o’clock is too early for the breakfast food. By the time I got there at 8:50 the room was full of people waiting for breakfast … unfortunately there was minimal breakfast items left to be served. Quite a few disappointed people looking for breakfast but turned away when they saw the dishes empty. I was fortunate to grab the last two bagels and two boiled eggs … no salt and pepper anywhere.

Breakfast needed an overhaul. No muffins, no bread of any kind. Just bagels. Peanut butter was offered in a jar. Not exactly sanitary. Halfvyhevtoadter was not working. The juice nachine was out of order. Tables were not wiped down. The poor guy at the desk could not possibly look after checking people out and replenishing the breakfast bar. On the other hand the bed was comfortable

See above for breakfast. Bulb over the window in 216 was burned out. Strangely the shower curtain was too short. It reached barely to the top of the tub. With 2 of us and only 2 bathtowells the floor got pretty wet.

Exceptionally high standard for a roadside hotel. We arrived on Thanksgiving. John was super friendly and warm and gave us one of the remodeled rooms. It was remodeled to an exceptionally high standard. We travel everywhere all the time, and it's rare to find a spot that is so super clean, friendly and decorated to a high standard. One of my favorite parts was the divider between the room and the sofa. It really made a difference as I sleep earlier than my partner and I was able to sleep much better.

The only thing that would have improved this stay is having a few cups/spoons in the room. It was otherwise very well equipped so having this would have made a huge difference.

Amazed at how comfortable the beds were. Also impressed with air quality/air conditioning systems in the room.

I did not care for the breakfast much at all. If i were managing a hotel chain these days, i would strip down the breakfast to fresh fruit, coffee and lemon water, and scrap the eggs, and other cheap carbs. Keep it very simple and offerings very slim, but then make that simple/slim offering top quality.

The minute you walked in the building, it smelled very nice. The hotel was kept clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was good, and they had a nice variety of options. They also had a laundry room area on the premises and plenty of free parking.

Unfortunately, I found a few very small ant like specimens in the room. The shower curtain was a bit torn at the bottom, some of the bathroom paint was chipped, and the cushions on the sofa and chairs had some stains. Other than that, the room was nice.

Just off a long rainy drive, the welcoming staff person was friendly and gave us a quiet room away from the street upon request. The bed was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom.

The chair at the desk was stained and there was a burn maybe from a curling iron on the carpet. Couple of lumpy but clean pillows. We understood that the property is undergoing renovations, although the new rooms were not yet available.

The front desk clerk when we checked in was terrific. She was honestly concerned about us, our room location, and just a sweetheart. When we checked out, she was there again. She was covering a co-workers shift so he could be with his Mom. I am sad I didn’t get her name. She’s the type of employee that should be recognized for her excellence. The beds were very comfortable also.

It was a comfortable room with hot water in the shower, working WiFi and dark curtains. The breakfast was basic but good—boiled eggs, waffles, packaged muffins, etc. I only stayed one night, but would gladly stay again if I go back.

Access from the road is a little wonky/out-of-the-way despite being next to the main road, which you can hear, but isn’t terribly noisy.

The room was large and very comfortable. I had been driving and traveling for a while so it was so nice to have a couch and autumun to put my feet up. Bed was very comfortable. It will be my go to when driving through again.

The only thing was finding the entrance was a little difficult. You see the hotel right when getting off the highway but the entrance is further up the road and there are not easily visible signs explaining this.

It was easy to find, easy to navigate, and the room we got for the price we paid was amazing! It was clean and very roomy.

The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything in the rooms around us, including the couple screaming about infidelity across the halls, the people above us moving furniture around the room at 8am, and kids running up and down the halls. The mirrors in the bathroom also were not clean because once fogged up from the shower, we noticed hand prints all over it.
