Professional and courteous service. Very clean. Additionally, I was given the room on the day of my arrival early, around 1:30 pm which was most appreciated due to my tiredness of driving. Note: I did not reduce my positive rating above due to the below described problem experienced the day of my travel - - - - thou I could have and, maybe, should have.

I got a phone call the day of my arrival on June 6, 2025 that my credit card was not accepted and that I had until 12:00 pm EST to correct this, otherwise, I would lose this - incredible since I had made the reservation on April 1, 2025 and it was confirmed!!! I had to pull off the road to contact the hotel and provide another credit card. Somehow, the hotel had an old credit card which had been compromised and had to be replaced.

I love this location. It is my favorite Hampton inn ever, and I’ve worked at three of them when I was younger. This has been a good stopping point for us on our way to visit my grandmother in Vermont. I’m so glad we chose to stop going up 95 and chose 81/87. This past trip was to go to her funeral, and it was one less worry for me as a mom of three little kids to know where we were staying would be excellent. We love the indoor pool. The breakfast is always great. And the staff are wonderful; all of them are very friendly and kind and it really meant the world to me this last trip especially. I look forward to many years stopping in on our way up to see our remaining Vermont family. Thanks for everything.

Loved this place. It was immaculate. Loved the option to buy snacks. Loved the body wash and shampoo dispenser and water pink shower head.

No scrambled eggs or bacon…only western omelette and sausage. Need additional waffle makers. The air conditioner was too loud. As stated, we loved that there were body wash and shampoo dispensers but concerned they were not sealed so they were already used or opened. I understand the reasoning but am hesitant to use such things due to the possible tampering or contamination

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate, and the breakfast bar was excellent! Not your run of the mill breakfast buffet. Every detail in the hotel was thoughtfully appointed. Would definitely recommend!

Chef didn't take my request to make an omelette for my child without meat. they had it in menu for breakfast with Ham in it and we don't eat meat. Just a quick suggestion if that can be accommodated for some customers. Hard boiled eggs were there so it was still good.

Lobby was very clean & cozy. We sat around & drank the cider they provided which was a nice touch for the fall. Everyone at the desk was very friendly & helpful. Check in & check out was a breeze. They gave complimentary water bottles for the room. The rooms were clean, everything was working. Breakfast had plenty of options. No complaints at all. Great experience! We had a wonderful stay.

I just wish they would extend the breakfast until 11 am. Most people when away love to sleep in alittle late. Other than that, I really can't complain. It's a nice stay 😌

This is the perfect little getaway spot 😍. The hotel is so clean, the staff is extremely nice n helpful. Beds are comfortable. Right in town conveniently next store to a restaurant and close to Weiss supermarket in walking distance. I use this hotel quite often, and I would recommend it to anyone

Breakfast was ok, not as big as some other Hampton properties. our room was too hot, seems we had to turn on the air conditioning to cool it down.
