The room was big

I didn't like how Ms Gail act like she didn't hear me ask for my pancake mix but the old man right next to me looking at the eggs she rushed over to tell him more was coming out... I said excuse me again and nothing.. I don't know what color I had to be but I wasn't that OLD MANS COLOR... ITS 2025

Breakfast was ok😑 not much offered. Staff and check in was trouble free and easy...no issues. Room floors could've been a little cleaner. I would stay here again.

Floors could've used a better vaccuming and mopping....and a few more options at breakfast counter would be great.

I very much enjoyed that the coffee was available 24/7 and was brewed freshly from a machine instead of sitting in a carafe for hours. The fitness center is the perfect size to stay on my weight-loss goals and not feel overwhelmed. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, professional, and helpful.

The food was good. Only thing there was no microwave to warm it up downstairs cuz it got cold really quickly. Thiere should be a microwave downstairs in the area to warm up your food

There were two elevators in the building but only one elevator worked the whole time we were there. That was very inconveniencing

The only complaint I have about this location is the bathroom floor was dirty and sticky and hair everywhere this is my second time using this facility and this is my first time I found the floor dirty. I don’t mind it but it could be better

I truly enjoyed the staff and the scenery was beautiful I will definitely book another stay at this location and the breakfast was pretty good too.

The staff is great ! Always polite and helpful. Room was excellent and very comfortable - clean. The breakfast is perfect, well set up, organized, and always hot. Also cereal, fruit and yogurt available.

I didn't like that the spa was a lot colder than the pool itself. I didn't like how small the rooms were I thought they were going to be bigger but we managed

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was one of the best we have had, the bed was very comfortable.

Because it was under construction, the front wasn't appealing, the road leading to the hotel had many, many potholes.

Efficient service; breakfast variety; quiet surroundings. We have been here a number of times before and probably will be back when we visit family again.

Beds are a bit difficult to get in. Seems the mattresses are rather thick. Closet is in an inconvenient spot. No major problems.
