the room was illuminated by two bedside reading lamps (no central overhead and no ancillary lamps) making it dark and difficult to see when looking to determine if everything wa packed when we left int he early morning. The reading lamp was provided for only one side of the queen bed, leaving the partner with no ability to read (that may be good, may be bad)

Everything. The hotel has recently been fully refurbished and it was a delight to stay here.

Welcome to the KEY STONE state sign behind the main desk. That would be like saying Welcome to the HIL TON hotel or Welcome to the HAMP TON Inn & Suites Keystone is a word and not two words.

The breakfast was good, but my son forgot his wallet and airpods. We had already left and connected with the staff via a phone call and they were getting annoyed with my son for calling. It is extremely frustrating since loosing items is already stressful and then we got someone who did not want to help us.

Breakfast was great, something for everyone! We love coming for the pool, hot tub and gym. Plus we love we can include our pet on the trip!

The pet fee is a bit much especially since we have a good dog. Some places refund a portion of the fee if there is no damage. This would be great if it was put in place in the future.

I was only at the hotel for one night. Nice pool/hot tub on the ground floor; clean room and very comfortable beds; good shower. We missed the breakfast cutoff by about 5 minutes, but the staff made sure we were accommodated; they also facilitated a few other requests having to do with luggage and logistics -- I don't drive and needed Lyft services and they offered advice.; the manager gave us fresh-baked cookies while we waited for our last trip to the bus station. My son and I were visiting for rather somber reasons, and I was a bit stressed; it was great to have such helpful staff to manage our stay. Really lovely people.

Great location. Close to the highway and several restaurants. Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms at a fair price. We use this hotel as a halfway stop when driving from Pittsburgh to New England and back.

Breakfast started nice and early. Offerings were quality, esp. breakfast meats. Good hot bevs and appreciated them being available all day. Location was central to everywhere I needed to go and easy access to highways. Room was good sized, and got use out of mini fridge and microwave and iron. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Beds were comfy.AC was wonderfully arctic. Got a great local dining recommendation from the front desk.

Missed housekeeping’s first pass and it seemed like they didn’t come back. Wasn’t a big deal, just asked for service and we were immediately taken care of. It was basically a nothing ,just the only thing that wasn’t perfect

It’s clean inside and outside of the rooms and the staff were very friendly and welcoming!

We loved everything (: my kids really enjoyed their stay too.

The Hot Tub. Most places have pools but not both!

I called at 10:00pm to let staff know I was on my way. They assured me that I never had a reservation. At one point telling me that there was nothing they could do and I had to contact booking. Wasnt thrilled but evening staff helped me get things straightened and even allowed a later check out so was happy.

Great location - within walking distance to the arena and restaurants and shopping. Love the free hot breakfast and cookies :)
