Breakfast was ok😑 not much offered. Staff and check in was trouble free and easy...no issues. Room floors could've been a little cleaner. I would stay here again.

Floors could've used a better vaccuming and mopping....and a few more options at breakfast counter would be great.

The food was good. Only thing there was no microwave to warm it up downstairs cuz it got cold really quickly. Thiere should be a microwave downstairs in the area to warm up your food

There were two elevators in the building but only one elevator worked the whole time we were there. That was very inconveniencing

The only complaint I have about this location is the bathroom floor was dirty and sticky and hair everywhere this is my second time using this facility and this is my first time I found the floor dirty. I don’t mind it but it could be better

The staff is great ! Always polite and helpful. Room was excellent and very comfortable - clean. The breakfast is perfect, well set up, organized, and always hot. Also cereal, fruit and yogurt available.

I didn't like that the spa was a lot colder than the pool itself. I didn't like how small the rooms were I thought they were going to be bigger but we managed

Because it was under construction, the front wasn't appealing, the road leading to the hotel had many, many potholes.

Beds are a bit difficult to get in. Seems the mattresses are rather thick. Closet is in an inconvenient spot. No major problems.

not the ritz but i was comfortable here. Linel at the front desk is an absolute pleasure. he accommodated my needs professionally and efficiently, a wonderful asset to this establishment.

Concierge was great. Was traveling with neighbors and he put us next door to each other. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great coffee. Bathroom was dated. Otherwise the room was nice.

They were renovating and it wouldn't be fair to be picky.
