The satff at the desk was super nice and the room seemed clean, and the bedding was very nice and the room smelled clean and not just like an air freshener like some hotels. The area in the lobby is very nice, even at night - coffee and fruit water for everyone - and snacks. All very nice and very clean.

No toilet paper. There were no towles in the pool the night checked in and there were also again NONE in the morning. Also pool lounge chairs do not get cleaned. There was NO replenishment of the breakfast bar - unless you left you table and asked - no bagels no regular 2% milk and the toppings for the oatmeal were all out - and ppl were making a mess of the waffles - and no one cared or came to hlep or clean it.

The property, when I walked in was very modern and up to date looking. Very well laid out. I smelled nothing but cleanliness and got the sense positive an atmosphere and staff were very welcoming to me and my son. My son loved the pool too! That was one of the reasons why I picked this hotel. Breakfast was outstanding also, they always made sure all the hot and cold items stayed filled for everyone.

I must say there isn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel or my stay there. I loved how they were willing to help with anything I needed and how very attentive they were to my meet not just my needs but my 4yr olds sons needs as well. The staff really took the time and made us feel like we were more than just “guests”.

Booked a last minute trip to this hotel for a change of scenery. Property was well maintained. Breakfast offered a variety of great options. Hotel was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Hotel staff was friendly. One in particular stood out to us. Overnight concierge, Devin, was amazing. After a day out with the family we went out to grab some late night eats and were greeted by Devin in the lobby. He was very personable and was very knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for things to do. Overall, a great stay!

We weren’t able to lock our bathroom door as there was no lock.

Loved the kitchen with dishwasher, sink, full size refrigerator, and dishes. Loved the free water, teas and cocoa and crackers and fruit. Awesome. Staff was just great. Clean.

I wasn't crazy about the food for breakfast. Lots of pork in dishes. Not everyone eats pork. Liked that you could have a hot waffle. Didn't eat bagels and etc. They looked like some good options like oatmeal. But I went for egg bowls which tasted very processed and not very good. I ended up throwing them away. I don't do well with the soft foam like mattresses that are very popular today. I like a traditional firm coil mattress which is hard to find. My back always hurts and I toss and turn all night.

The staff are very helpful and friendly! The food areas are spotless, Donna was newly hired, and was so very sweet and helpful and kept the place soooooo clean while we were eating, it was impressive! They all go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need. One of the ladies at the front desk , Amanda, even recognizes us when we come into town, and my 3 year old loves her! Lisa and Amanda knew that I like to drink lots of water, and that I do not like it cold, and had some that wasn’t chilled next to the register to offer me. The free snacks are of good quality, they had cheez its, planters trail mix, Niagara water, and green apples, my favorite!

The only thing I would change is for the pool to be heated, lol, otherwise, everyone loves it when we stay there.

Room was clean, cozy, and comfy. Staff was great, having a smart TV was a definite bonus.

Was promised a full king suite, but bed seemed more like a queen and for a suite the room was small. Breakfast policy was kind of weird (can only get certain food on certain days), complimentary water and coffee was hardly available. In room climate controls were odd. I had shit off the HVAC, but it still came on every once in a while anyway

There was no hot water or first morning. I would of liked if they would of called our room or gave us some type of notice so I wasn't standing in a freezing cold shower waiting for warm water. We had to go to our family get together without a proper shower and had to wash our hair in freezing water in the sink. When I came back to the hotel at 830pm I had to ask of the water was fixed. I feel the inconvenience and communication should of been better.

It was very clean and modern. The room was very comfortable and met our needs very well. We truly enjoyed the amazing staff omg I couldn’t brag enough about the warm welcome and excellent customer service throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The distance from the water park, but it worked out well anyway.

Location- fabulous sunsets! Nearly full kitchen- we were able to cook, both days! Very nice breakfast spread. The pool was refreshing... clean! Excellent towels ... Pull out couch was great and one child slept on cushions, Under the large counter ! Perfect!

Not enough coffee pods. Had to request bathroom amenities... not enough for family of 4...

I loved the atmosphere. It was very peaceful relaxing and the view of the place was amazing.

I got upset when I checked into the suite thinking that everything was paid in full to find out that I had to pay a security deposit. That wasn't included when I purchased the suite. Good thing about it is that you do get that back. I also didn't like the fact they didn't have enough waffle makers for the guest to use. They only had two makers to use. It was frustrating standing in line waiting on a whole family to get waffles.
