The staff are well-trained and very responsive to guests and all their needs. The location is in an attractive area that you can enjoy walking around. My spouse is a smoker, so for him the casino and smoking areas were a plus. We came because we had been there once before with my spouse's niece. This time we were celebrating our third wedding anniversary and could meet the niece there.

We are used to the casinos in Delaware, which have machines spread out a little more and which allow you to move around more comfortably. We felt a bit closed in here, and of course the noise level is higher because of the close proximity of machines.

Rustic Kitchen restaurant was pricy, but well worth it! Party On The Patio was a blast! Wisecrackers comedy club was great, especially The Legendary Wid! The casino was clean.

The gal at our check in was nonplussed at best. Th level of smoke in the casino was disappointing. Odd rails between the casino and some of the restaurants & bathrooms were annoying.

Very clean rooms, very comfortable, everyone was very friendly.

Parking lot has a lot of steps, especially for elderly or handicapped. No valet or anyone to help with luggage or anything. Theres no breakfast. Only electric city coffee house coffee was good food awful. Johnny rockets had breakfast but doesn't open until 9 and very pricey. No room service. Alot of the restaurants not opened until the weekend.

The welcoming faces, they were sweet and inserting that i walked in there with a cam boot i had broken my ankle and them showing care and offered a chair to make it to my room.. love the staff..

Like i sad the welcome comity was fantastic

More staff would be nice. There wasn't anyone able to bring a rolling cart to my room to help with taking luggage downstairs. I had to make multiple trips getting a cart myself, back and forth.

Our room was beautiful, this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot. It was super clean, bed was super comfortable and it was so quiet!! I will definitely be back soon!

It was neat to have multiple restaurants to choose from, both high end and comfort food. Very well kept and friendly staff.

Our room was rather pricy and nothing luxurious for the price. Our toilet was clogged , probably should have called the front desk, but I didn't, just dealt with it. At close to $400 a night I was expecting a little bit more . It was like a regular hotel room, very industrial and generic in design.

The room was GREAT ! ULTRA cleaned, smelled great, and decoration was nice and simple. The rate for the night was perfect.

The pillows they had for the bed, however they did the job.

Room was very large same with bathroom. Clean and the normal things there ie microwave coffee pot fridge. All clean and working.

My wife found the bed too soft for her to be comfortable.

The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There were many places to eat and the prices were reasonable. There was a casino in the hotel that my husband and I enjoyed.

The bathroom in the room had a glass door and a nightlight, which you could not turn off at night and it kept the room too bright . I put a towel over the night light for the night which was only moderately successful due to the glass door.
