Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and quiet and beds comfortable.The breakfast was very good each day and the woman overseeing food services area was exemplary. Nice dining room, nice selections and adequate food.

Loud air conditioning unit in room, would prefer a stand alone shower instead of bathtub/shower combination and very low toilet. Our room faced a courtyard in an Area behind our facility ( an old hotel) and it was unkept with lshopping carts, trash and people living there trying to have people in our dining room let them in to dining area. Took away from the Marriott suites facility and caused some security concerns.

It was very pleasant a the stay and room very clean and all the staff are amazing , there is a special lady who works in the breakfast area her name is mrs Lee, she is the best of the best, very diligent and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service to all the guests , seen her how she greet every single person in the breakfast area and she made sure we were all good , I can not complaint about anything, I loved this hotel and I will come back and I will reffer to all Y families and friends when we come back to Wilkes barre, we will defenetely stay at this hotel

The pool and continental breakfast!

We were told there was no room service for our 2 night stay, even though we saw staff cleaning other rooms. Also, we were given a pretty broken down room and I'm not sure if it's because I have 4 children, or what, but I did appreciate being put on the top floor at the end of the hall so we didn't bother anyone.

Facility was welcoming with fireplace in such a cold climate. Breakfast was ok-good but ladies working the buffet were wonderful, friendly, helpful & attentive.

Not always someone at the front desk. MiA most of time. However kudos to that same person she fixed our tv for us ( after a wait for return to desk).

The bed was very comfy. The room was a very large room with a refrigerator and a microwave. The motel is also close to a convince store as well as a restaurant. We went to go to some of wilkes barres state parks and the Fairfield by marriot was very close to 3 of them.

I just wished that the indoor pool was heated and open later at night

Breakfast was great and very appreciated.

When we checked in they couldn’t find out booking because we did it online through booking.com I think they said and I had the confirmation number but it still wasn’t enough so I got a little worried but then they found it.

We had been away from home for a week and this was the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve had!

It’s not a big thing but the breakfast offered was nowhere near as good as some hotels offer. The sausage was decent but very discolored and the eggs had absolutely no taste at all. I ate them just to have something in the morning.

Comfy bed, hot water, and breakfast--what more could you want. The front desk staff was very nice. I was crashing after a long day of driving and this was just what I needed.

The rooms were a little warm--but it was chilly outside so I didn't mind too much.

The 2nd shift manager was absolutely wonderful. I had come in nearly in tears from a horrible experience at a nearby hotel. She was so helpful and absolutely made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely come back! Breakfast was great!! So much to choose from and easily available.

I have nothing to say about things I didn’t like here. My stay was great!

Breakfast options were good Romm while booking through booking.com was just a double bed but we needed an extra sofa bed which the hotel accommodated with no extra charge. Friendly and courteous staff
