Amazing historical facility. The room is beautifully designed to keep its nostalgia and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the long porch facing the main street that is accessible through the hallway. The bathroom is small but had everything placed perfectly. Everything is spotlessly clean. The restaurant is conveniently connected to the hotel. The food is delicious. In the lobby of the hotel, there are framed, autographed photos of famous artists who have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in the historic district and in walking distance to everything that the town has to offer.

The Inn at Jim Thorpe, oozes old world charm. The room was lovey and comfortable and spotlessly clean although our window had no view. there’s a lovely second story porch that spans the whole front of the Inn where there were comfortable rocking chairs, for relaxing, and from there you have a beautiful view of the town

People that have never been there maybe won’t like the tight limited parking but I’ve been there before and was expecting it. It’s an old town that was built for a horse and carriage, not giant SUVs.

Nice big king room on the 4th floor. The hotel has a restaurant adjacent which served a great chicken chowder & hot chocolate. The inn was able to let us into our room early which was appreciated. The inn has a spa services in a hotel down the street. The room had a microwave & refrig. The HVAC system worked well. We were able to park in the hotel parking area. Parking in the town is tight. the bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Close to restaurants and opera house.

Parking can be difficult throughout the city. The towels were tiny and the shower was not updated.

We love staying at The Jim Thorpe Inn. The staff is always great, the Inn is historic, and relaxing. we love sitting on the 2nd floor porch at night, sipping wine from the nearby Wild Elder. The Inn is in a perfect location, you can park upon arrival and walk to shopping, restaurants, museums, activities, the Opera House, and the mansions. we really enjoy eating breakfast at the Broadway Grille daily, which is connected to the hotel. just a perfect stay.

The only thing that is difficult is the parking. whenever you do leave, it's always a worry that they'll be a space in an Inn lot when you return. It's no problem during the week, but the weekend parking in Jim Thorpe overall is very difficult.

We asked for a specific room and we got what we asked for. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We parked our car when we got there and never had to move it until we were ready to go home. If you have time to take the Trolley Tour and the Scenic Train Ride between shopping at all of the downtown stores, you wont be disappointed. The staff for both tours are very knowledgeable.

I booked the Broadway Grill for our Anniversary Breakfast. I love a good breakfast and was expecting a nice portion for $13.00pp. What we got was 2 eggs and toast which was great however, the frozen potato nuggets were thrown on the plate approximately a 1/4 cup and most pieces were smaller than a dime. I received 1 piece of bacon. We saw our server 3x's. First two to take our order and bring drinks. Second to bring the check. Not a very pleasant experience.

The location was perfect. We were very close to everything that we wanted to do during our stay. Even though the building was a historical site, it was modern enough to make it comfortable. I enjoyed the activities in the area.

I use several pieces of electronic equipment, computer, phones, and CPAP. I would have liked an easier space to connect to outlets and data ports. Something like a small desk or table to set up everything. Other than that I would not recommend this for those who are not physically capable (i.e. wheelchair or walking aids).

The suite was more spacious than I thought! And had a beautiful view of the lovely street outside. My partner is a wheelchair user and he had no problem navigating in and out of the room and the bathroom. The bed is taller than we expected but nothing unusual for a hotel.

Actually, no complaints! Everywhere was handicap accessible, even the little balcony on the second floor (they brought out a ramp for us). The staff were kind and accommodating.

The Inn at Jim Thorpe is perfectly located in the town and the rooms are very nice. It was reasonably priced and the bar is a great place for supper. The very best element at this hotel is the staff! The people working there are extremely helpful and look out for their guests. It's extremely helpful the Inn provides parking. Parking is a bit of a challenge in the town.

The Inn was very nice. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Staff was very nice and friendly. Great balcony off the second floor with a beautiful view. Lots of chairs and space to just relax. We got take out for breakfast and had a nice breakfast on the balcony. Great location. Didn't find many dining options within walking distance and most everything closed early. But overall a very nice place.

Loved the inn and our room. The breakfast at the restaurant was just ok. But overall, no complaints.

Breakfast was excellent. Plush the location of the restaurant being a couple of steps from the restaurant made it so convenient. Friendly staff and good food.

I really like this hotel, the only minor thing was the noise of garbage collection way too early in the morning (3am). Other than that it way very nice stay.
