The staff were amazing, made us and our doggie feel right at home. It’s a convenient place to Jim Thorpe and the many surrounding trails. The breakfast was good as was the popcorn and cookie snacks. The biggest positive was by far all the great staff.

Room for improvement starts with the beds…no mattresses helpful. Our biggest issue was the fact that there was roof maintenance going on for two days which started around nine and ended at five.c wanting to relax our room was not very relaxing with the horrendous noise.

I had booked a room with the request for a rollaway bed as we are a family of 5. When we arrived we were told that an extra bed could not be placed in the room as a fire risk. I did explain to Ms. Miriam that i did put the amount of people staying in the room. After a bit of shifting on her end, she was able to move us to a room that can accommodate a rollaway. * Room was big enough for my family. * Room was clean * kids loved the pool * loved the free hot drinks in the lobby / kids liked the popcorn * Breakfast was good, enough to get us going and start the day. It was our first time staying at a Hampton Inn and we are very pleased with our stay. Especially loved the personal text message from the Front Desk - Specifically from Miriam - who after 10/15mins checking into the room texted if everything was ok. Have never received anything like that staying at a higher star/rating hotel.

Clean facility, nice room, plenty of space, pool was nice, breakfast was hot and everything was fully stocked. This is a well run hotel.

We had to turn on fridge. I didn't think anything about it, but my friends did. We had to park on the front driveway when we came back that night. All the other spots were full. I suppose it was just a busy night, although next morning's breakfast wasn't that crowded.

Room was comfortable & breakfast was good. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Pillow cases & sheet were dirty. Informed front desk they had someone come and change them out. We also were told the fire pit would be on until 11pm. We went to enjoy the area before 11pm and the fire pit wasn’t on. Very disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy that area with the fire pit on. The music in that area was so low you could barely hear it.

Our room was very nice, clean and well equipped. Staff members were very polite and helpful. Each morning, breakfast was great with a variety of choices. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at the Hampton Inn Lehighton - Jim Thorpe.

Our only dislike were the overly thin, soft pillows. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows could have been firmer (thicker). There was very little head support, even with two pillows stacked.

Everything was very clean, the amenities like the fire pit, market, and free breakfast were excellent

There wasn’t a lot of parking and the room was very small for the price and that it was supposed to accommodate 4 people, thankfully my other 2 guests cancelled last minute so it was just my husband and I. We definitely wouldn’t have been able to fit another two people comfortably

Nice breakfast, nice staff, and having the coffee and cookies during the day were just something special.

Not sure if I missed it, but it would be good to mention that there's a non-heated pool and a whirlpool (that is heated). Also, add a microwave in the breakfast area so we don't have to ask the front desk.

I loved having a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Beds and pillows were wonderful.

there was dampness in the carpet in room #324. We could not identify the source. There was no foul odor so maybe it was cleaned with a wet vac (and it was a drippy day).

From the time you walk in to over seeing your room was a delight,and easy. Staff is friendly,, understanding and helpful.. The rooms are clean and in good shape, well stocked with towels, and complimented choice drinks.

Nothing about the room not to like it

The walls were paper thin, so much so, that I could clearly hear the conversation of my neighbors, not to mention their yapping dog. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were so squishy they made a clear indent right through to the bed-terrible night of sleep.
