Decent breakfast both days, always hot water for tea which is great. The smell of the cinnamon rolls was very alluring in the morning. Hot tub was warm and clean and the staff were all just lovely and accommodating. The one time we tried to get tea at like 9pm, we didn't even have to ask when we realized the dispenser was empty, the front desk person was just suddenly there and refilling it. They were excellent hosts, for everything that was in their power to control.

Be nice if the mini fridges had a freezer compartment for frozen items, but we made do.

The breakfast was good with a few options. The stuff was really great. They were kind,helpful and attentive. The room was clean,spacious and nice. The pool area was clean and quiet. It also has a hot tub.

No smoking rooms. My opinion the size of the tv is to small for that size room. I didn’t like how the tv guide didn’t come up while you were watching TV. You had to go to channel 2 to see what was on. Not a lot channels. We went and got a Roku. The only other thing I think could’ve been better was in the hot tub I wish some of the jets were higher to hit the upper back.

We arrived late. We had a long drive and just wanted to relax. The neighbors next to us were nothing other than disrespectful and loud well into quiet hours. The staff handled it very well even when our neighbors yelled at them. They also upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience. I was very appreciative considering at that point it was close to midnight and my husband's birthday. I appreciate the way they treated us!

The only thing that I can say is some of the other guests were kind of rude. The hot tub heater was broken but luckily it was working for my husband's birthday.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great ammenity. The breakfast offered a good deal of variety and was enjoyed by all of us. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The fitness center was nice to have, but could use some updated equipment. Our room was located on the side closer to the highway and so there was some traffic noise that was noticeable, nothing really that could be done unless location of the hotel was moved.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good for the things I planned to do. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The noise from the highway was very loud, which I didn't experience the last time I stayed there since I was on the other side of the hotel. They did offer complimentary ear plugs but that didn't help much. If I ever return there I will make sure I get a room on the front side.

First time family ski trip with the kids, so we needed a family friendly property. The HIExp was super welcoming from the moment we stepped in. the lobby and lounge area was clean and bright and welcoming. Families hung out here during dinner time and it just had such a cozy vibe. Rooms were clean and temperature appropriate. We were on the 33rd floor with a window faceing the road. Car noises are our white noise, but be aware if you’re looking for a bit more silence. Staff here are so nice and helpful, not just for us, but for all who stopped by. Late afternoon we were greeting by a hot cocoa and cookie station. Oh those cookies!!! Maybe we were just hungry and tired, but they were good choco chip cookies. Oh, and if you and family need anything, it doesn’t hurt to simply ask. Can’t guarantee you’ll get it, but the staff is more than willing to try and accommodate reasonable requests. Sorry for lengthy post, wanted to highlight the good stuff!

The room was clean, breakfast was great having so many options and so was the attendant keeping everything stocked. The pool/ jacuzzi was relaxing. The front desk attendants at check in & check out were very friendly & helpful. They changed our bill for quarters to wash as well.

We had to discover on our own that the ice machine only worked on the main floor & 3rd floor, but we were on 2nd floor

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well organized.

Our room was a little noisy...it was next to a busy highway and the guests in the rooms above us could be heard running and jumping around. Also, while the room appeared clean, things could have been done to make it a little cleaner, like dust the vents, wipe finger prints off mirrors and make sure no hair is left in the bathroom shower. :)

The room was very clean, although the fire alarm went off @ 4 in morning then I feel back to sleep 2 hrs later only to receive a text at 7am from hotel about check out @ 11am! This is my vacation why would you notify us so early so I paid for a room that I barely got any sleep in. Gym very very small with dirty machines

Clean and quiet, even on a busy weekend

Breakfast was a bit of a disaster, the omelettes were frozen solid in the middle, continuously. They brought out several trays of them, ice cold each time. They also refused us a late check out even though it was a Tuesday, the hotel was empty, and we just wanted an additional hour.
