Very nice and comfortable but a bit dark and sketchy area. The midnight staff was wonderful and attentive when I checked in, the room was spotless and the bed was soo comfortable! Pillows needed work, but I went and got mine out of the car. Lol

The manager at the desk at check out was RUDE! I went down to check out and he was on the phone starring into his computer and not once did he even glance up to acknowledge me standing there! I went back up to my room and called him! When I went back down and turned the keys in and got my check out recipt, he never smiled nor did he said hello, thank you, have a good day, or even kiss my ass. I was pissed for the rest of the day after that and didn't stop there to stay on my way back home. That's bad for your brand and makes its been eliminated from my next trip. I hope you get your management trained in customer service better because that was pathetic!

Employees were polite and helpful in answering questions.

Everything about the property was fine. The reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because of the people who had room above us.They could be heard constantly walking across the floor trough out the night into mid morning. It’s something beyond the properties control.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and facility, and helpfulness of the staff and the 24 hour coffee machine

Did like not having ethernet connection in room had to use wifi on a public domain, and i couldn't access the work out room without having the front desk open the door.

I like the fact I accidentally booked more rooms by accident, and they didn't keep my money even though the policy said wise honesty and integrity despite the contract. I'll definitely stay with them over and over again

Nice room. Comfortable beds. Had Refrigerator and Microwave. Really nice shower. Sink separate from shower/toilet. Waffles were good for breakfast.

Not many options for breakfast. Too bad they didn't have boiled eggs.

Location works well for us. Breakfast was ready early. We stay here every time we come home from FL. One of our favorites

The breakfast was an average motel offering. The waffles tasted great and there is an option to make mini waffles. Like many chains, the motel no longer has carpeting. This is great because the floors are clean, but makes upstairs noise more audible. The mini fridge cycled on and off, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sound. The room was nice and dark even right on the parking lot, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There's a Perkins next to the parking lot, and the motel is less than 2 miles from a huge shopping area with any stores and restaurants you might want.

I was really happy to see that there was not carpet in the bedrooms but a vinyl floor. The floor looked very clean, but upon wiping up a water spill, it seemed somewhat dirty. Overall, it was clean and very pleasant to stay there.

The breakfast t was disappointing. The room was comfortable, and very clean. There was plenty of space. The shower curtain was torn and the bathroom door had a hole but that did not effect my stay. This was an extremely good value.

The shower curtain could be replaced as well as the bathroom door. Thr breakfast could offer eggs other than hard boiled and some type of breakfast meat.

Mr. John was very nice and understanding and even help me out. All the staff were wonderful. Even had a restaurant right when you came out and they had breakfast 6:30am- 9am it was great and quiet and the mall close by. I love it here and will book again.
