In Hotel Cafe..... Ordered dinner, was very good. Pet Fee discrepancy - The front desk staff approach was cold and unprofessional. (Bookings said $15 / was charged $25) Manager replied after stay and acknowledged.

I liked not having to travel for supper, after driving for 10 hours. There is an on-site restaurant with a bar.

The hairdryer died. I forgot to mention it at the front desk, and I'm sure if I had, a replacement would have been provided. I found it annoying that every time I entered the bathroom, the fan and light went on--not great when you're trying not to wake your partner.

Bed comfort was so good I fell asleep instantly. I love how you can bring pets. Water got hot super fast. I also love the controlled air conditioning in the room.

The breakfast was sadly a disappointment. I expected a lot more but I also did get to breakfast at 8:30, however they don’t stop serving until 9:30am. Hotel breakfast is my favorite thing ever so this killed the morning for me. Wasn’t a huge fan of the motion censored lights.

desk staff/management (can't remember her name but works day shift) always super pleasant and able to accommodate adjoining room needs. breakfast - especially on Sunday (in May) exceptional and well stocked - nice views in breakfast seating area shampoo soap dispenser in bathtub/shower rather than individual bottles -

Might be time to change out some of the mattresses as one bed was sunken in a bit with a larger size person shape. shampoo dispenser was empty & needed filling - we didn't request so that's on us

Air conditioning in room seemed loud and did not work great, refrigerator needed a good cleaning Water poured out of shower/tub even though curtain was pulled Bookings.com charged a large fee then neglected to put dog information in, that was additional charge upon arrival. Turned into a rather pricey overnight

This was the best breakfast of all the hotels I stay at. They actually had fresh bacon and real eggs and cheese with a variety of snacks.😋

We had the handicapped room which I love because it is bigger and had a nice coach. But the handicap shower needs to be re-designed because the curtain kept flying out and all the water was going on the bathroom floor. I had to wash with one hand, and hold the curtain with the other. 😠

Location and Breakfast! Has a restaurant on site, so no need to leave. Very comfortable beds. We stayed here on the way down south, and on the way back!

Restaurant, if you do eat their. Order their pizza, amazing. Stay away from onion rings(Yuk)! They didn't charge us for them.

Pretty much everything. Location...facilities and amenities compared to other comfort inn I've been to.

More selection for breakfast. Some repair/maintenance needed on the ceiling of our room . And maybe a tub in the bathroom to elevate the shower part a little because then the water is splashing as the floor is leveled up.

The people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It was nicely decorated for the holidays.

I wish there would've been more than 2 bath towels in the room, particularly since we had the Jacuzzi room.
